My overall experience was very positive and professional..the KB team works together to get things done in a timely manner…hats off to Daniel Siska!!

The sales experience with Severo and Jonathan was flawless. They both set the bar really high with the attention to detail and responsiveness. The construction portion matched the level of customer service set by Severo and Jonathan. Ray and Travis sent multiple updates a week and kept me in the loop throughout the process. There were multiple times we met up during construction to give me tours of progress and answer any questions. If there were any issues, they resolved them immediately. If I were to purchase another home I would request to work with these folks. However, I wouldn’t finance with KB unless there were good incentives and if I worked with Tanya. My original officer Jaimie, did not meet the expectations set but the rest of the process. No communication throughout the process unless I initiated the conversation but still took forever to respond if I even got a response. Did not educate me through the process so I felt I made poor decisions at the beginning. Didn’t explain things throughly. Towards the end of the process, Tanya took over and justified the wrongs. She did what she could to repair the relationship and I would work with her if I had the opportunity to. ... More

Personally I am happy with the staff and the responsiveness. But overall the Community doesnt have a new house appeal. When you look from outside, there is a big difference between the New houses from other builders (for e.g HeadWaters) and K.B Homes. K.B Homes needs an upgrade with it looks. I bought it here because I had no other option for new Construction. There are limited option in Upgrades and most of them are outdated. Totally dissatisfied with Home Pro. They do not know anything about Customer Service. I would have given 4 Stars even with limited options for Upgrades. But I gave 3 stars because of Home Pro. ... More

Im really happy with the house that we got. overall experience was great, all the staffs are being helpful and easy to communicate with.

Norm team was wonderful they asked us if everything was okay and they always called and asked if everything was good

I like the overall buying experience with KB Home and the upgrades that included when I bought the Spec home. The team I worked with are professional and friendly

Back office loan folks were rude and disrespectful. Many projects were rushed as the longer we are there the more we can see uneven title, cement not completely used underneath tile which led to cracking. Show doors/door way unevenly done. Dish washer was immediately broken day one of move in (heating element), appliances are cheap and not well made, will have to repaint as flat white paint used, list goes on. It was a great experience. First time buying a house and they did everything to help me.

We had a positive and wonderful homebuying experience. Everyone answered any questions we had and they finished our home ahead of the projected date.

What an horrible experience for a first time home owner. They were very rude and unprofessional with me just because I got my own lender. The construction superintendent did treat me good and did try making me feel comfortable as much as he can.

The initial shock of what the home doesnt come with was difficult to accept after visiting the design center. By that time they have your deposit, so theres no going back of you dont want to give away money. The sales people at the actual neighborhood site are amazing and bend over backwards for you. That is for sure! But the KB Home finance was a true horror show. Every conversation, every interaction was like pulling teeth and nothing was conducted the way it usually is with a finance group. Oh the nightmare. What a bunch of newbs. The title office, on the other hand, was amazing! So what is NOT included with the house, (that we think should be without being charged extra) is: cabinets in the laundry room, nickel plumbing fixtures, nickel shower enclosure in master, luxury vinyl in the living room (instead of carpet), hardware on kitchen cabinets, elongated toilets, pendant lights at kitchen island, fans in living and master. I will say that we are super impressed with the home insulation. Its by far the best insulation we've had...and we've lived in a lot of homes. The person who was supposed to check in on us after 30 days from movein asked my husband how things were after 5 or 6 days. I havent met the guy and wish I had cuz we need him now...nowhere to be seen and its been almost 2 months. Wish i had his number. You cant check on people's houses when theyre not even unpacked or moved in yet. Not great customer service after the fact. ... More

My experience was a true blessing. It started with meeting your sales coordinator, Juan. It continued with meeting my loan officer Pam. From there I was introduced to the underwriter Michelle. It got even better when I was introduced. And had the opportunity to work with Eli.

Everyone respond at the time manner in any question I asked. The house was fast build, the agents were responsive. Everyone was helpfull on my need.

We had a great experience working with KB Homes on the purchase of our first house. James in sales was very accommodating to help find the right home for us. He was knowledgeable of the whole process so there were no surprises. Elizabeth in KB home loans was great to work with. She spent time answering my questions and making sure I understood expectations.

Our direct contact with the builder was through Melissa. She was great in responding to our concerns and issues. The fact that there were (and continue to be) so many issues with this home is disappointing. The craftsmanship and materials (painting, woodwork, even cement) used for this home leaves a lot to be desired. Less than a month inside the home and basic installation issues continue. We are on our 3rd refrigerator, the cement in the garage is a joke. The sod for landscaping is full of weeds. The rear screen door has already been replaced (apparently damaged when they resurfaced part of the patio cement for a 3rd time) and we just found another hole in one of the window screens. The bathtubs had rust stains that had to be removed and the HVAC installation was flawed. Again, let me be clear, Melissa has been great in addressing these issues, but she cannot complete the necessary delivery and service herself. When the 2nd refrigerator was removed, they damaged the front door, which now needs to be repainted. I have purchased 3 new homes in my life and NEVER have I had to have so many call-backs to repair faulty installation. I have never seen such shotty painting (paint drops on the screens and outdoor shrubs). I have only referenced some of the issues we have faced. To make matters worse, I have talked to some of the neighbors who have faced similar issues. It has been a horrible experience to enter the house of your dreams and that it has too many inconveniences and that when trying to fix one thing they break down another, we are still waiting for repairs in our house and it's sad that they don't want to help us
