Good communication during building process

The house was completed 2 months early

All the team was very responsive and guided us through the process!! Each team member went the extra mile to make our experience as first time home buyers a positive one. All of our questions were answered on a timely manner, any hiccup was addressed immediately, each team member followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied, and most importantly, as first time buyers, our decisions were supported and that gave us even more confidence to purchase our home.

Home buying process was smooth. The house was done in given time however there were still some minor issues with the house overall, but were fixed quickly. While there are still many issues with the house, I will fix it myself.

Buying process is quite simple and straight-forward. The build has its highs and lows (document everything anyone says). The after care once you are in the home is the best of any I have ever seen - very quick to resolve.

We’re pretty satisfied with this purchase. The home was built well and the layout was awesome.

Loved the house so far. This is our first house and K.B.Homes have made our experience pleasant and smooth. Would definitely recommend for anyone who would want to buy a house with K.B.Homes.

Good experience in buying our second home

Throughout the home buying process there were delays but all in all was a reputable. Thank you for your help and customer service.

Its a great pleasure and happiness from the whole buying experience. We are so happy to have this home at a great deal. Most importantly Service provided and the follow-ups are pretty good and very responsive. It improves our trust towards this huge purchase.

all is what to be expected

Our experience in purchasing our home through KB Homes was very easy and smooth overall very satisfied with the outcome of our new home.

first time buyer, understanding that nothing is perfect. but the staff and team is doing a lot of efforts to make the experience great and smooth, which is awesome!

Overall, my experience buying a home from KB was very good. Many, or most things about the home we liked. However, KB could improve the quality of a few items such as shelving, exterior light fixtures, and bathroom faucets. Appliances were quality and American made. The waterproof Shaw vinyl flooring was beautiful and a good quality. So overall, we got our monies worth. One last improved would do well in the long term, and thats a keycard accessible gate at the entrance to the community. It would be worth a few more dollars in HOA fees.

Jodie at the office was Super friendly and Steve the superintendent was great as well!! Always checking in even a month after move in.

Staffs who worked with me are very professional and friendly.

Good location, materials are of good quality. Completed a couple extra items at no charge. The worksite was kept clean I am happy with the home I purchased.

KB Homes has build and designed our perfect home! The buying process was great! Unfortunately a couple of times the superintendent of the build missed to set up the walkthroughs during construction. We did do one walkthrough prior to the flooring being installed. Beautiful home! As with all new builds a lot of little details that needed attention but builder is addressing all of them graciously.

The service and quality is great. If the design studio could provide 3D preview that will be great
