I was VERY satisfied with my home and would purchase a KB home in the future based on my experience. The home is energy efficient, well built (my home inspector said so) and I was particularly impressed with the hybrid water heater! The only problems I have are: 1. standing water on the sides of the house due to poor grading or the fact that the houses are too close to drain well. 2. noticed that my lawn grass was not rooted properly either due to the builder not watering daily for the first 30 days or that it was already dried out when placed on the lot. This has caused my grass to shrivel and die in places unless we have continuous rain. 3. Great staff working with buyers

I appreciate everyone's efforts in getting our house move-in ready before the stay-at-home orders became mandated.

Our new home has excellent workmanship and KB Home is so far very responsive to issues. However, we have had a couple of issues such as too much construction material left in garage, cable and telephone connections to the house and within the house not fully installed and connected, some things as lighting and appliances not fully checked as working. KB Homes has been extremely responsive in acknowledging and addressing these issues.

Have had a great experience with KB homes. They are very customer friendly and willing to make everything right for the purchaser.

Many floorplans to choose from, tons of variety in the design center for personalization. All representatives are friendly and helpful.

When a company’s employees strive to give their beat to customers. As a customer that is the best thing.

Overall our experience was wonderful and easy compared to previous home purchases. My only concern was in regards to the refrigerator that was on back order. We were elated that we were getting a free upgrade and I asked for clarification ,10 days later we were advised that we were getting our original order which is what we paid for. I'm concerned now, after registering all of our appliances it shows the upgrade and not what we actually received.

Had a great experience with KB home. Everyone was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. This made everything easy and smooth for me. Loving my new home.

Amazing home, love the staff and everybody we worked with through the whole process. This quarantine has delayed some things that needed fixed but that will happen after it's over. Thank you guys.

Good price

We had a few issues that were handle, but unsure how they were missed in the walkthroughs. For example the wrong interior paint was used, cracked shower pan, sloppy re paint and cable hider was not installed correctly. Customer service team has done an awesome job.

The company itself would try to enhance more its architectural designs. Your people are great to work with in buying a home

Excellent customer service and smooth process.

Our construction manager Paul is very responsive and has helped us several times with small issues around the house.

After I moved in there has been a few issues that has to yet be resolved but are on hold due to COVID 19. DeAndre has been great taking care os everything. Tom did a good job as well.

The community is wonderful with a mix of every home models. We choose plan 4 and love it. The workmanship on the home is average the material is average as well , but the upgrades are what make the home unique and beautiful. To be able an visit the home while construction is occurring and acknowledging adjustments is a good quality they offer. The process took 6 months, which is about what was expected from the original estimate. The house turned out beautifully, and my family and I are thrilled with the result. In addition to the quality of the final product, all of the KB staff have been and continue to be wonderful in terms of consistent communication and following up on requests/inquiries. I would recommend this branch of KB to anyone looking for a new home.
