Very professional, answered all questions and follow-up how Everything till now. Ultimate customer service experience. Now to finances process, Shawn did wholesome job on easy processespecially for first time buyer that don't have any experience. Always follow up what need to be done! Day and night question still available to answer if needed. To design center who help me to pick ip the right finish material even though i have a architectural experience. The man who's in charge in the site. Shout out to Pat and craig! Great job guys! Overall everything is great! Design of the unit it's okay. Good house

I’ve passed by Cobblestone community many times before I decided to buy the house. I had thought the price would be crazy because of the location and the quality of the house. However, we came into a surprise when we finally checked out the house. Price is reasonable with good quality and nice looking house. Definitely recommend KB Homes to others!

We love our new KB Home! Don't let the 4 star quality bother you. Everything we needed fixed has been addressed or is being addressed quickly. We enjoyed the process of building.

Susan and her team were extremely helpful during and after our home buying process. My husband and I are both veterans and were greeted with open arms. Justin and his team made it possible for us to close on our beautiful within 30 days. We are so happy that we chose KB especially since this is our first home. Overall, the staff was very helpful and did a great job specially the construction manager and his name is John. John is very responsive with our house concerns. Rita & Maricela did a great job as well. Please always thank them for being a good source of KB. Overall, It was very nice to have a good staff and ensuring that you live in a comfortable place.

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. This has been a wonderful home buying experience ever. Michelle and Sebastian are very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with their service and overall 100 % satisfied with their responsiveness and regular follow ups. Glad that we choose KB Home as our first dream home.

The construction was good, the house looks great. Some very small details needed to be fixed but they are working on it... Everything good.

The house is built well and don't have any issues.

I only been on the house a few weeks and so far a few minor details like scratches and paint touches that have appear but their response team have been awesome anything I'd have came across I let Devin know and he will responds and fix the issues right away.
