Our new home had some issues that needed to be fixed and still a few things we noticed after our 10 day inspection period but what we did notice during the 10 days was promply fixed. The house overall is just as beautiful as ee imagined and we are very happy with it!

Stay in touch with the sales rep on a weekly basis, especially at closing time. They seemed to string us along and give us dates they were unable to achieve.

My site manager was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience from sales to the mortgage process and final construction. Everyone at KB was outstanding!

Big furnitures and appliances can be difficult to set in place because of the 3 storey set up. The stack washer and dryer I bought is hefty in size and the room for it was challenging for the installation. The hookups are placed behind the stacked washer and dryer. It could have been easier if the hookups were placed on the side of the little room. If you will be doing the move yourself, have fun! It is doable of course. Other than that, my family and I love it here. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to be specially coming home from work.

My home is plan 3, Craftsman model. It's beautiful inside out. However, there are few things that I am not very happy with. The electric power for bedroom outlets is only 15 Amps and this electrical rating is not supporting enough for my portable electric heater. Also, there is one electric breaker is handling for 3 rooms such as bedrooms 2 & 3 and a bathroom 2. I am not very happy with this issue. When I complained, KB authorized person said it's conformed with city code. There is nothing they can help. I want to split or separate the power for those rooms into individual power or circuit breaker. Each room should have its own circuit breaker. Excellent experience through the whole process!

The staff was what made buying with KB Home a great experience. They were all willing to help and assist us with all of our questions and concerns. We love our new home.

More responsibility, never finish at the correct date

My hometown is in IL, where the real estate market is much more reasonable than it is in CO, so I found all builders prices outrageous! KB is the best value w/ the best customer service I've found; from the sales rep to the individuals throughout the entire process, you can't find more pleasant, helpful, patient people!

This was my first time purchasing in Arizona and buying a home from KB. This particular home was a spec home so I didn’t go through and experience the full building process. I can say that the representatives and builder superintendent have been extremely responsive. Since we’ve just been in home 2 months, we are still going through the house and finding small things to fix or improve upon. Some may be location specific to AZ climate as we are from the Midwest. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

We just settled and moved in so the experience is a new beginning - new townhome, in a new town, etc . and so far the support from KB has been helpful in this transition.

I have had a great experience with everyone who has worked with me at KB Homes. I bought my Townhome 5 months ago. I was able to upgrade my home and pick out what i wanted. Andi in the sales office was so nice and amazing to work with. She made the whole process of buying a home easy. Sal has helped me with everything after i moved in. When i call him to come over to help fix something he responds right away. Sal and Andi have been there the whole time since i bought my Townhome. The quality of the home is not what i expected. We have had the best experience with purchasing the home for the first time. Though it took a little while getting use to being patient and letting everyone take care of us, Greg and everyone involved with the process definitely made the experience less stressful and easy.

Quality People, Quality Homes

We are loving our new home. With any new build there are minor issues however everyone has been helpful and responsive when getting things fixed promptly

Overall we are pleased with our purchase. We have found the staff at KB to be very good to work with. On the sales, construction and warranty side we have found them all to be responsive to the issues that have come up and to work towards a positive outcome. This is going to be a very nice community once it is complete.

Workmanship is extra ordinary and I return to KB again. This is my second KB home and the Quality of work attracted me. When the community is large of course there should be some expectation of mistakes and minor faults. That does not matter when services is on the door the next day to take care of them. Above all the best investment I did.

The project manager (Cesar) did an excellent job in addressing our issues. He was always available, good communicator, very adaptive with the schedule, and most importantly, he ensures that the work is done correctly and that we are satisfied. Overall, I'm glad that we bought a KB Home. I truly value the excellent support.

Happy with my home!

My family and I absolutely love our home. It is spacious, comfortable, and new - can't beat that! Thank you KB staff for showing care and concern for any questions I've had. :)

We were first time homebuyers and the process went very smooth. We love our home. The only complaint I have is the materials used are cheap.
