Amazing home!! Great people

Overall it was a great experience working with the entire KB team. We love our new house!

Team members are friendly and always updated me regarding the progress of the property. They Handed the property on time .

Several minor comments; Took me making 4 trips to the sales office to get my “welcome” gift(which by the way was not worth the wait) There was a mistake on the location of extra elec outlets, but was resolved to my satisfaction. We have only a few remains fixable issues. I’m waiting to see if they abide by their “will check back with you 30 days after deal closes” One other item; the inset hot & cold water lines for the washer is problematic as the twist-on hoses from my washer it was very difficult the adequately tighten the fittings, resulting in leaks Otherwise, mostly satisfied

Great experience

Home layout is great and just the right size. Neighborhood is small and quiet. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with. Extremely helpful in finding funding and working through issues. Logan and Tyler have been great supers to respond to questions and issues.

The building superintendent Dan has been amazing and salesperson kimara! Its because of there calls, honest, knowledge, insight that we went through with buying this home and loving it. I could write a book about the things they helped me with.

My KB home is so gorgeous! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service I received from everyone at KB

Overall satisfied. There are a couple things that need attention. Working on it as we speak . Hopefully by the end of this week all will be taken care of. Everyone is very cooperative . Easy access to representatives. Kudos to Karen for always answering my calls and resolving concerns .

exceptional superintendent....

I was really pleased with the entire process. I wish they could have been a little more flexible in a few things, but overall a great experience.

Take lots of pictures of the inside and outside. This is the most amazing experience I’ve had, during this 6 month build. It’s worth the wait to have a brand new home!

Some contract problems

I think all homes are little over priced in Vegas no matter who’s the builder

KB Home has a team who is willing to help you and answer any questions you might have throughout the whole building process. Steve, the construction manager, was really helpful and friendly when we needed to address a couple of things in the house.

I thoroughly enjoyed the sales and the service at KB Homes. Responsive, friendly, and trustworthy is how I would summarize the process of buying a KB Home.

Moved in 1 month ago. Great place to live. John was great and helped me out a lot. Overall my experience was amazing!

Great

The house was done within the timeframe as expected. There were minimal issues with the home and all/most were fixed. If they weren’t I had contacted the office and vendors were scheduled to come out to fix those issues.

Staff has been very helpful on anything we've asked or requested. We're on the path to building our new home they way we envision it.

The construction and the sales team at KB Homes Stagecoach Crossing was very friendly and available to answer any question and/ or help with any request. It was a pleasure dealing with every single one of them and I would definitely recommend them.

The Forman Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the house as it went up and kept me abreast of which I really appreciate.
