Good neighbor and good quality

First off I dont like the pre-engineered lumber in the ceiling space, but all new homes are built this way. It prevents storing or walking in attic space. Second with all new homes there are tweeks that need to be addressed Travis and Ishedro made sure to take care of all these items. Third nice little features like the side fences go near the front of the house and options to add extra outlets and lights (like in the garage) were nice inexpensive options. Fourth our house (built 2019) is in an all electric neighborhood and our new energy star certified home lived up to its certification. Our electric bill was half what our combined gas and electric bills were for the same month last year at our old home (built 2017). ... More

Great group of professionals.

I have not faced any issue working with KB Home. I strongly recommend them for any potential buyer of the house.

Thus far we are very happy with our purchase. Great neighborhood, great house , and the few minor issues we've found have been addressed with urgency. Our only complaint would be in some materials used, particularly the quality of grass used. Overall, moving into a KB home seems to have been the best choice for us!

The people at kb homes are nice and professionals. The home buying process went smooth. They provide great customer service and quality workmanship.

Reason I give 3 stars in materials and workmanship is I notice things on moldings and kitchen cabinets little cosmetic things..but besides that Kb home seller Jason, and construction Managers,Supervisor and Team is on top of all. Kb Home Mortgage division on the other hand was horrible handling issues, process and communicating with me. It was a blessing I got mortgage loan with another company cause the experience, communication and expertise was totally different.

The builder was really informative on the process and kept us up to date on any delays. He also responded timely to questions we had making this an overall good experience

Miss Elaine is the best!! She made the whole experience a positive one. Even when I would get frazzled she always knew how to keep me positive and keep moving forward. It was so much fun getting to design the house and watch it build. I would recommend KB to anyone and everyone. We looked around at several other builders before choosing KB and I’m glad we did.

All the staff has very responsive to any questions we have had.

There are always horror stories you hear about new home builders and owners who are unhappy with their new home. Our story is NOT one of those stories. Ours was a great story, a pleasant story, a great home, and continues to be to this day. From the design studio, to KB Home Loans, to now living and loving our home - KB Home has be a surprise in the many things they have done for us and our home. The little things in the home that take a lot of the worry out home ownership. Lots of included items that you might take for granted are there so we dont have to worry about them. Sure, it's not 100% perfect - there are a few very minor things I might have liked to seen done differently. But I tell you it is pretty darn close to perfect. I don't like surprises neither good nor bad. And that's what you get from KB Home. Everything was delivered as promised and as chosen at purchase time. That's a good thing.

Builder provides options to design your home according to your means and several mortgage solutions to put you in your home. Also has a variety of home plans on offer

KB is no.1 in costermer satisfaction.They are a awsome group of people.

Every staff members, from construction to sales and loan services, were extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful. Their professionalism and knowledge were very helpful.

KB Home did a great job working with us and helping us even after we moved into the home. Their process was easy to use and they were usually quick to respond to issues we have.

Working with Gena made me feel at ease from the beginning to the very end

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.

Whenever we had any issues it was addressed quickly. Due to our personal situation all of the staff were very kind and patience with alot of understanding.

House is Great. Some places you can tell where operations were rushed. But they do come out and correct any issues ASAP.
