Gena our sales lady was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and questions and very thorough during the purchase process of our new home.

KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

Do you homework before going to the design studio. It's really too much for one day. After you get about half way through the choices you are exhausted. You just want to get it over with and you make mistakes.

Best experience I’ve ever had

We're still familiarizing ourselves with everything in our home. We only have an issue with towel bars and grab bars in the shower. Very cheaply made and grab bars are tarnished already. Originally we didn't want them installed so we could purchase our own. They insisted on installing them. When we have nice Moen faucets with a lifetime guarantee on the finish, why cheap out on the accessories. That said, it's somewhat of a minor thing and we are very happy with our home.

All and all a very good experience building a KB home. The only disappointment was if you finance through KB, they do not offer a bi-monthly payment feature.

Great home!

There were some areas in the house that needed attention. They were taken care of by construction manger right away. Overall good experience.

Gena R made the home buying experience from KB Home very pleasant and memorable. She assisted us from the time we toured the model home to the handling of the keys after we close. She continued to send us weekly updates (with photos), and responding to every one of our numerous questions promptly.

Awesome community , location and beautiful houses.

Great home we have been in for over a month. Everyone has been great. Mike did a great job meeting all our needs. He is over stressed with all the houses being built, but still found time to help us. Including helping me unload cargo from my truck.

KB has got it down to a science, or rather, an art. Amazing to me how quickly everything was completed, and deadlines consistently met. Head foreman David Hartman was friendly, professional, and responsive to our concerns throughout. Minor complications were resolved in a timely manner with excellent customer service provided by Ben Heese and staff. All contractors assigned to fix items during the inspection phase were prompt and professional. Useful information was provided to us (the homeowners) to help understand how said items work. Good communication was provided throughout the process. Salesman Lee Williams was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and committed to a smooth flowing process. Great details friendly service building a community

My home was built faster than expected ..

We have been in our KB home for a little over 1 month. So far, we are very happy here.

The reason I gave 4 stat of value for the price paid, a better quality of clothes shelving should been used instead of just ordinary wire shelving. Also, the garage should have been painted completely with white color instead of unfinished.

I want to commend Chelsi(sales rep). She’s very sweet and very helpful.

The whole buying experience was pleasant and all my questions were answered in a timely manner, my only complaint would be that the builders do not include irrigation hook ups for the back yard.
