Due to the COIVD-19 pandemic, I've had to wait for contractors to respond to warranty work requested for items that I found wrong. KB Home has been good so far about keeping me up-to-date with my repairs.

The whole process was very smooth with just the right amount of choices along the way. House was delivered on time (during a pandemic, even) but with a few workmanship issues. Resolving these has been ongoing, not due to delays but apparently from corporate KB interfering with the local office. But so far, we love our new house. ... More

Paid alot of money and have alot of warranty items that could have and should have been fixed before closing. Closing was a horrible experience. Showed up at 10am for closing only to find out closing was cancelled and it wasn't KB Homes who told me about the cancellation or why. I had to make alot of phone calls that day to get to close. It was something that could have been avoided with a simple phone call on KB Homes part instead I had to make numerous calls to push the process thru. Hello, Just wanted to say how much we love and appreciate our home. It’s everything we have dreamed of and more. There’s a few call outs that I have. 1st being our plumbing had multiple issues the first month when we moved in. We had a blockage in the pipes which created 2 leaks. Thankfully it was fixed with no charge. 2nd we had issues with our sliding door. Thank fully it was replaced but the fact that we had a new home we figured those issues shouldn’t occur since the home and materials are brand new. 3rd : The wood under our island has come OFF!!! We love to maintain and clean our home Atleast 2-3 times a week and we noticed with sweeping and mopping our kitchen floor the wood underneath our island was poorly installed and yet to be fixed since it has happened before our 30 day mark. I signed my paperwork on 7/4/2019. From there on both my sales and construction team were attentive and responsive to all of my voiced concerns and update requests. My husband and I had a good experience while purchasing the home but it was the experience after that could have been better. There were small things here and there that needed to be fixed after the move in. It felt a little hard to get someone to come and fix those issues at times and that was a little frustrating. ... A few minor concerns but overall decent experience.

Okay grading. A little to pricey for a few cheap looking standard fixtures like the flooring.

The quality of workmanship was definitely lacking. It was obvious that the drywall and paint teams took no pride in what they were doing. I’ve had them back twice as they had to fix one of their repairs. I’m still finding spots they missed.

I like comunication, dseginn plan models and size of closet I love it

Be patience as other homes are being built around and this creates lots of construction traffic with dusts.

We had a wonderful experience with our salesperson Dianna. She was really great.
