KB lending portion wasn't very good at all.....builder and construction of home and house itself were excellent. Enough said. I'm done with filling out surveys.

Great responsiveness and communication!!! Always willing to go above and beyond with questions or concerns.

Salesperson Tim was great to work with and he communicated well. Construction supervisor Kaisee was always on top of things and also communicated well. Customer service director Greg did a great job explaining how things in my new home work and was willing to go over and above to help with any issues. I withheld one star because of numerous delays. Overall though, it has been a great experience!

After everything I have been thru the buying of my house, I just can say that with the professionalism and help of Jill H.(sales representative), Mariel G. (Design Studio manager) and with the help after the last walk thru and his fast action with the final details of Mark (project manager), my dream house can not be come true. Thanks and many blessings for you all.

The home buying with KB finance was great. The problems found before closing were fixed in a timely manner. The only minus it took longer than expected 3 months longer. I realize there were delays with weather and vendors. It’s a beautiful home though and I would recommend a KB home For the workmanship and pricing.

Just know the home buying experience is a little longer with KB homes due to the amount of documents you’re constantly signing. Other than that the house was well built and any issues have been dealt with in a decent amount of time.

Buying Experience was easy and very transparent

Friendly staff that is there for you when you need them. They were patient and explained everything. The only issue was with setting the closing date due to VA loan.

My salesperson was great to work with and very responsive to issues

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

I had my ups and downs in my experience with KB.

There were a lot of delays due to COVID but everyone was great about keeping me updated when building finally started and throughout the process.

Trish and Jake were exceptional!! I really enjoyed working with both of them! They made this part of the buying experience great!

The sales and construction team was outstanding. Both teams were very professional and were prompt to answer any of my questions.
