Stacy was very responsive and did a terrific job, I am extremely pleased!

We love our home! It's extremely comfortable offers a great floorplan and is truly the best price per Sq Ft you can get in the Austin area. We would buy through KB Homes again. You do need to stay on their case about getting things fixed which can be frustrating at times, but ultimately they addressed all our concerns albeit not in the most timely manner.

From the day we signed the contract with KB Homes and when we moved in, we have been so happy with the home and service we are receiving, which is very important especially now a days. We have been working with Michelle and Mike on everything and they are so easy and nice to work with. They certainly are in the right business and know how to treat their homeowners. Kudos to KB and their staff here at Copper Ridge. in Jacksonville

KB has a wonderful staff all around who tend to every question and have great responses to any issues that may arise with quick return. Amazing homes and process overall.

Our experience with KB was awesome! From Jamie, our sales associate, to Chris, our superintendent, to Stephanie in design studio, to the vendors/trades that were used, just awesome! This is our forever home and we have no regrets with going with KB

Sales office was great. Options studio was fun. Took a little long on the build side, but haven’t had any issues with the house once I got it

Mr Greg has been very helpful. He is always ready to offer his time to us when we have questions. Updates us weekly as well. Easy to approach.

Do your research before buying a new built from KB Homes. The quality of materials used to build these homes is cheap. So many issues with our new built, what a disappointment.

Biggest criticism is the house needs internal soundproofing.

Renee was helpful and informative throughout the buying process making the purchase easy. Renee said they had a great team and it has proven to be true. Luis went through the home with us and made us feel comfortable. And ever since we have been in the home Luis has been super responsive to any requests going beyond what we would have imagined. I am quite satisfied with the outcome of my home. I put a lot of effort to include high quality building materials towards the construction of my home. As a first time home buyer we were nervous and indecisive on what we wanted, Daniel and the team were extremely patient. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Good experience overall, however closing process was rushed and a few issues that needed to be fixed should have been done so before closing rather than rush and get to it afterwards. Since then there has been delays with repairs and poor communication. A lot of the issues wouldn’t be there if workmanship was better.

Great experience dealing with the company, specially agent Tanika and loan officer Sapna did excellent job,new home, great location, good luck to KB home.

There were few issues from initial purchase to move in. Everything came together faster than predicted. Finance kept me in the loop and my construction manager gave us weekly updates with photos. Couldn’t have been happier with the build process or the overall experience with KB homes.
