Great process love the townhouse

The best in the world

KB Home builders were easy to work with. Was informed weekly on the progress of my home being built. Quality of workmanship inside the home could be a bit better but the overall experience was great. Addressed all concerns immediately. Very happy with the outcome.

This is my first home and at first i was very scared about buying home that how it will be.I didn't know how to go with the procedure but the great things was The salea person i would like to mention his name Jhon.He was very great and describe all the things that i didn't understand.All the teams of KB HOMES were great.sales person, studio,Loan officer.with all there help finally i have my keys in my hand. I will definitely recomend my relatives and friends to come with KB HOMES if you need better and best home.

While the home is a beautiful home, the journey was miserable. Most issues were handled but the concrete work was poor.

We love our new KB home. It is a very high quality built home. KB took the stress out of our home buying experience. They were very honest and transparent throughout the build. Our Construction Mgr. Mario is very quick to respond to all of our concerns. The KB team was very friendly and we highly recommend KB homes.

Signing on with KB Homes came with a promise of “weekly” updates; as well as 5 site visits. We were disappointed with the fact we didn’t get weekly updates. The reason was usually that there was a monthly Monday meeting. If that is the schedule then call on Tuesday, don’t skip a week. The site visits were as expected for the first 3 but then they were compacted together. Lastly, the amount of trash left on site (both on top of and under the bark) is unacceptable. I have found the expected nails & staples; however chunks of twisted metal, sheets of plastic and particularly a 8ft rebar (under the bark) is a bit much and I would expect respect for the property, not a “hurry and move on”. Because that is how it represents itself. After the move in stay in contact with the customer service rep to take care of issues. The sales and support team at KB Homes is excellent. The builder is very professional and very attentive to my needs. I am very satisfied with my home purchase.

Too many delays with construction and closing. Financer did not use all options available to purchaser.

Belinda was very receptive and helpful during the buying and closing process Scoot was very helpful in the move in and when we needed any repairs and touch ups

I would definitely recommend going with KB! The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. When we had a couple of things that needed touched up, they came and took care of it right away. I love my new home!

To say buying your first home can be stressful is an understatement. But KB made every effort to guide is throughout the entire process. From sales, to financing, to design, to construction, and finally to follow up - EVERYTHING was taken care of with the utmost sense of urgency, empathy and professionalism. The sales team and building super were very helpful. The loan process with KB was an absolute nightmare. Also once the 30 days are up for the team to touch up items, the team was pretty unresponsive. Make sure to get things in writing and email proof as that will be the letter of the law that they abide by.

Awesome sales personnel, they work with you from the start and after closing. Construction manager is always there to help. KB loans will work strong with you so are able to close.

My team from the start, with my sales associate, then my building contractor made my choices and decisions run smoothly. At the end my loan processor Arturo, made it happen for me, never gave up on me, and my circumstances, for that, I am grateful! And I love my new home!

My experience from day 1 with KB Homes was exciting and professional. Rhonda at the sale office made me feel welcome and comfortable with the community and my selection. Then when I went to the design studio ANNIE made it a pleasure to work with and assisted me A MAN in designing my wonderful home. Through the entire process I was worried about the cost. I was soo worried until Rhonda even offered for me to change communities even if she would not get credit. She let me look at numerous homes to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Throughout construction Bobby made life easy as possible and communicated very well and effectively. He even gave me tips and pointers as well. Now financing, Mark was the best. They kept us updated along the entire process. Sent pix, had phone calls. They did best to get us in as soon as possible. The title company ended up holding things up in the end, which was a disappointment. Delayed us about a week.
