Great experience throughout process

Buying a KB home was been a wonderful experience. I had some issues but the awesome people at KB were quick to respond and went above and beyond to get things done right. They are a builder you can trust. I love my home!!

bad experience in everything. Took 2 years almost to build, with poor quality and do not add value to house. Its a loosing asset

I’ll never forget the day I walked into the model of one of the KB Homes. I met Greg, who made me feel so comfortable, and made me feel that it was possible to have my home built after the passing of my husband from the previous year. Then I met Drew. Who helped me every step of the way through the loan process. Drew was always there for me if I had any questions. Sean, the project manager was amazing. I’ll never forget, when I had my first walk-through before the sheet rock went up, I asked Sean, when do you think my home will be done. Responsiveness to issues . Great work

This was a pain free experience. There was great communication throughout the process from first looking at the home to deciding which one we wanted then from going into contract to closing and even after closing. I felt home before I even moved in.

I had some trepidation at first since it was a long distance transaction. Also our Sales representative left the company in the middle of our long distance build. However Christina jumped right in and took over like a champ. Jerry and Zach were also wonderful, kudos to both of them for seeing the build through to the end.

We love our home. They built it in good time and also has a great open concept for our family.

Everything was great! Very helpful and the weekly updates kept us excited. It was great seeing the process and the team was great with explaining where they were at and what we could expect to be done during the week. Always answered our questions and everybody was patient while the talked is through the whole process!

This was such a great experience for our family! We were guided from foundation up until the complete construction of our home. This was an exceptional experience as a first time home buyer!

Overall, I am happy with my new home. I am disappointed with the inconsistent communication with the warranty department. I was supposed to meet my rep after a month It's been almost 2 months and still not scheduled. The workmanship is a bit disappointing. I have two walls that are bowed. couple drywall returns around the windows were crooked and had to be fixed. I have a broken kitchen drawer and it feels like attention to detail was ignored. My Superintendent has been great! He's the reason I scored KB as high as I did. He fixed quite a bit that warranty should have handled. It would be beneficial for any homebuyers, to include first time homebuyers to be provided a warranty packets, so that they know what type of information, and what things they need to register their stuff that requires a warranty

We absolutely loved every single person that helped us buy this home. Susana and Philip (and his team) were present, helpful, responsive, and solved every minor problem we had with the home. From day one, we had help with all of our questions. We are very happy with our home. Our only issue was KBHS loans. They were NOT responsive, especially Kevin in particular, I would never want to work with KBHS home loans again. They did give us a lower interest rate. (Which we had to buy down) we would have found a different lender because of all of the communication issues with KBHS loans, but they lock you into a contract where they keep your deposit if you back out. Other than the major issues we had with KBHS, everything else was a wonderful experience. ... More

Purchased a home for cash two months ago. Was assured several times that need repairs would be would completed. Had walk through with Thomas and his assistant. Both are very competent and respectful individuals. The problem seems to be management has understaffed the construction/repair unit. Defective master bath mirror, stains in master tub, gray paint on white kitchen kickplate, shoddy cracked patched where wire removed from wall, gash in kitchen island. Sorely disappointed in lack of follow through and broken promises.
