The mortgage service was slow, not efficient, and missed communication between the team members. They kept on asking to provide the same documents and not respond to email nor phone call.

The house looks good on the surface, however there were more and more issues cropping up after moving in. We are sitting here months after move in with holes in walls behind appliances, mice getting in from poor drywall in garage, sinks with stoppers that don't work, nails in walls, and poor out door railing that is so rough you cant run your hand up or down it with out getting a splinter. None of these issues seem to be getting resolved any time soon either since their customer service is slow and unresponsive.

Megan the on-site real estate agent and Jeff the on-site superintendent were AWESOME people to work with. Very responsive with excellent follow-up skills. Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

It has been a great experience! From the beginning to the end, very fast process and informational. I love that KB home employees communicate updates consistently.

From looking at the homes in Bella Vista, to choosing a home to purchase, to working the deal, to final work done & walk through before closing, to closing was the best home buying expereience ever!

Overall a great home and look forward to living there for years to come. Be builder can be a little slow in address issue after moving in. But overall good

4.5 stars. Subcontractors should be supervised more, just giving them notes on the upgrades failed several times.

From day 1, everyone I had contact with made it an easy and stress free process. Chris walked me through the available homes and floor plans; pointing out the different upgrades in each. Jayson and Myrna guided me through the mortgage process and kept me informed of where I was and what I needed. The construction manager, Patrick has been wonderful throughout this whole thing from pre to post closing; checking up on me and making sure things are getting done or still going well. What I thought was going to be extremely stressful ended up being a smooth and personable experience.

Satisfield by the process from sign in agreement to closing, people helped with the process whenever necessary.

We had a great experience buying our KB home. Kelly in the sakes center has been very responsive and on top of things. George the superintendent did a great job with our punch lists. We really enjoyed working with them. Very happy with our home.

The KB home studio in San Antonio was the most exciting process of building my home, I got to customize my home which sets KB home home builders apart from other builders building in their price range

Sales and finance were excellent. Rolanda and Brad did a great job. Disappointed with interior craftsmanship and finish. Sloppy work and finishes feel cheap. Multiple issues with the home. Resolution of these issues being accomplished slowly.

Very good experience nice people

In general, the whole experience has been good, but the support and help after the delivery of the property has surprised me, Jordan the construction manager is excellent. It helps you make the whole process much easier.

Our experience with KB homes, for the most part, was pretty seamless. From the sales office to the construction to the loan department, we had no issues with communication and responsiveness. We had a few post-build electrical and installation issues arise, but our builder, Ray, was extremely helpful with obtaining resolutions effectively and efficiently. We are thankful that both him, and Isabeau, were able to resolve any issues, questions and concerns that have come up since.
