Great experience working with kb homes

I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. The people here are awesome and truly care about you. They called weekly to give me updates on my home as it was being built. When they realized that my flooring was going to be delayed, they called to let me know and I had a chance to go back to the design center to pick out more flooring. Speaking of the design center, they are awesome!! Very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Love that I could get my refrigerator, washer and dryer put in my home before I moved in. I think the price of my home was on point, the options that are available are on point, and the quality of my home is on point. Once you are in your home, they will do a 30 day, check in to see if there is anything that needs to be done. If so, they are on it and will make sure it is corrected and make sure you are satisfied with the work. What builder cares that much about their homebuyers to make sure that everything is just right for you? I will buy my second home with KB again. ... More

Our KB Homes buying and building experience was fantastic. All people involved were knowledgably, supportive, and caring. Sales agent was responsive and communicated weekly about the status of our house. All others involved were easy to get ahold of and eager to help and make any changes or explain everything.

This builder is very responsive!! There were challenges with materials due to the pandemic, but KB was with us every step of the way!!!

We had an amazing experience, even with some covid delays. We had an excellent, knowledgeable team working with us, and they took great of us! I would absolutely choose them again and highly recommend. We absolutely LOVE our new home!!!

This builder was very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. I got weekly update of the progress on the construction and I was very pleased with the completion.

We did have a couple of minor construction issues after moving into the home but customer was quick in responding to our concerns.

Such an amazing experience seeing our house built from the ground up. From getting to choose the location our house was built to having the opportunity to personalize our own home, with a variety of good quality options at KB Design center. Every KB employee from start to finish was very knowledgeable in their field and always caring and friendly. Our home is everything we dreamed of and a lot more!
