With rushed timelines and first time buying a new contraction it was a long process. After getting to closing the construction team and sales team here great and have been very responsive.

Its been and easy and smooth process. Scott and his team have been very professional in attending to requests and issues after moving in.

KB Homes was amazing to work with. This was my first time building a home and I was a little nervous at first. They made the process simple and efficient from the Design Studio to the construction. Would definitely build with KB Homes again in the future

My initial experience with KB was quite good. The sales, design studio, mortgage lending and construction manager would be rated 5 stars to work with but after closing, my experience has been much different. Pretty much, once you close on the house and try to get responsiveness from the warranty department to correct sloppy work completed along the way during the construction of your 'new' home, you can expect at least a month of back and forth to try to get anything accomplished. Absolutely wonderful experience! Kelsey found a home on the perfect lot, in my price range, and with the needed bedrooms and bathrooms. Home is wonderful and exactly what I needed. Lots of check ins with the local warranty person, but never needed it! Been in the home now for 60 days and still can’t find anything wrong. Great decision, glad I found KB homes!

The overall experience was great. Just not much communication from the Loan portion of KB. I ended up using another lender, but I got the house I created which made me happy!

I bought a new house from KB Homes. It was an excellent experience . I am very satisfied with their job quality . I am very grateful to the team who took on to this job , from the sale person, the project manger and loan officer.. they would call time and again to answer your questions and make sure you are very happy with your new home. .

This was not our first rodeo. This was our third home and we knew exactly what we wanted and knew how the process should work. The process with KB home and its employees was fine. A few things here and there could’ve been improved upon, like clear, timely and concise communication, but we handled it as best we could. However KBHS home loans was a nightmare. We dealt with unprofessionalism when we were called by a seemingly intoxicated agent at 9:30pm on a Sunday. Then we got a new agent who was much better than the first, but still couldn’t answer our questions which lead us to making four different trips to the bank to get a Gift Letter four different ways because every time we were told it was okay, then for it to come back and us be told it needed something else. Even the bank was blown away and said they’d never had so many issues doing a Gift Letter in the past. It was such a mess and really made our experience negative at the end when we should’ve been the most excited. The house is gorgeous, not sure of the quality of the materials and of course everything in the design center is way overpriced, but there are options for all budgets which we thought was really nice. We hate that there is an HOA that seems very overbearing at this point. One lady in the neighborhood said when she was buying, they told her there was no HOA, then once she was in, one was formed. Make sure you know for sure or get something in writing if that’s important to you. All in all, every neighborhood has positives and negatives, you just have to do your research and decide if the negatives are something you can live with. The purchase of the house was very smooth and the personnel from KB Homes were very helpful and keep us informed.

I recently purchased a new home, and while there are some positive aspects, I must highlight a few concerns regarding the walls, paint, and structural issues. 1. Uneven Walls: One noticeable issue with the house is the unevenness of the walls. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that some walls have slight bulges or dips, which affects the overall appearance and makes it challenging to hang artwork or shelves. 2. Paint Issues: There are several paint-related problems throughout the house. I observed uneven paint application in certain areas, with visible brush strokes and inconsistent coverages. While the new home has its positive aspects, such as its overall design and layout, the presence of uneven walls, paint issues, and structural concerns is disappointing. Easy to work with kb homes they are excellent

Overall the experience is a 10/10. The process was smooth and very easy to communicate with them. The house is exactly what I asked for. The staff from superintendent to customer service, to seller agent to everyone, really, were very responsive.

Waiting longer than a month to replace wrong fixtures

Belynda, Tori, and Richard were all helpful in the process of us buying our first home. Even though things got stressful at times they made the process go very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend KB to my friends and family members looking to purchase a home

The Process from start to finish was fast.The quality and the value of the house is great.The experience with the builders wasn’t as fast after the walk through; However they started completing the job. New buyers make sure you follow through making sure everything is completed in a timely fashion.

Joe helped me with the process of moving in and the after care and he did a great job and he was always quick to help out. Overall I had a great team my realtor Brian was very good and so was my loan officer Tori. Great experience and would recommend to others

Working with the employees of Kb homes was an interesting but pleasant experience. The delays were caused by the vendors not KBhome

To begin with, the initial experience was all great where we could pick a lot, pick the floor plan, elevation and choose the structural changes and select the interiors of our liking. Good Things: 1. We are happy with the masonry work and how the elevation turned out. 2. Plenty of options for the selection of base floor plan and elevation Bad Things and areas where the quality is poor: 1. The craftsman ship for the interiors is sub par and we are not happy at all with the finish of drywalls, how the corners appear, the materials used for the doors and windows. 2. Drywalls: There are many areas of the house where the coffered ceilings, drywalls, kitchen island walls looks crooked, finish is not good and its not aesthetically pleasing. 3. Painters have not used tapes to avoid paint bleeding on to the edges of cabinets, countertops, other colored walls on the outside and on the garage opener etc 4. Cabinets - Had scratches, paint drops, smudges at many places, we documented everything and shared it with the construction manager before closing but we were promised that this will be taken care after closing by scheduling for a cabinet punch. When the cabinets guy arrived he is blaming it on painters/construction workers and did not fix all the issues. 4. Flooring - We chose Vinyl planking but beware of the floating types, we saw the model homes which was glued however for us they installed a floating type which is shaky at places and makes thumping sound when we walk on some areas, its not a great experience walking on it. We were not explained about this type at the time of selection in design studio and issues we reported were not fixed. 5. Poor quality electric outlets and switches, gaps all around the switch boards/outlets developed within few months. 6. The window sills are not even, the drywall where it meets the sill and windows are crooked, finish of the wood used for the sills looks bad but no quality check is performed and installed without caring for the end product and the for the aesthetic appeal. 7. Garage door is not having a proper seal and lot of mice are entering often which has become a big headache for us. 8. The concrete floor in the garage, patio and driveway has lot of imperfections and holes made due to improper care during construction Also beware of the sales team, some are nice but the one we got was not honest and hid a lot of information and we learnt he lied blatantly and discriminated between different buyers. ... Being a homeowner is a great achievement! Along the road the process might be stressful but doable.it is all about hard work,commitment and believing in yourself that you can do it. I personally it started as a dream but finally it happened! Great homes,great team KB HOME! Greatly appreciate
