Everyone involved in our home building process from the sales agent Rita to the superintendents Mike & Mike to the regional manager John to our warranty department contact Mark have been very responsive and quick to address issues. Any new home build is going to have problems, but it's how those problems are addressed (the timely-ness, the commitment to customer service, etc.) that are the mark of a great team and builder. Very happy to be have worked with the people we did. We love our home.

My husband and I came to look at the models on a whim not sure if we were even in a place to purchase a house. We met Amy and within minutes fell in love with her and the homes. The team we worked with was incredible in helping to make sure we understood everything as this was our first time buying a house. Our loan officer Mike was great and made sure to take the time to explain everything to us and really went above and beyond to help make sure we had a rate that was good and a payment we were happy with. Between Amy and our superintendent Jon we were getting updates on the progress of our home multiple times a week. The communication from all three of them was shocking even on days off they were making sure our questions were answered and even sent us picture’s often of what had been completed on the house. We have lived in our house for just over a month and I don’t think there is anything we would have changed it is perfect! KB builds a great home but what really made us so happy and want to refer multiple friends was their people!! Excellent service, site managers have been fantastic

It was a an easy process

Purchasing my KB home had highs and lows. The highs was my loan officer and sales person. I had a really good experience. The lows where the changing in superintendents and lack of response. Even now the warranty repairs are taking such a long time to address. It is really frustrating. Jeremy and Antone are pretty good but Jeremy came at the end. I appreciate his efforts. But my family was really hurt by the constant delaying of closing. At one point we had 3 days to close and then the close was pushed. That creates an homeless situation for my family and I.

The exterior of the house and the materials are good. The materials used inside the house are mediocre and the workmanship is mediocre

The KB team that helped us get into the home was great. The overall craftsmanship of the home is par. Nothing over the top just basic. The side yards just came with a heap of dirt no concrete no pavers. Just recently I had two issues. The microwave light popped and went out and when I replaced the light it doesn’t turn off and a door handle just fell off only one month in the home. For a new home there shouldn’t be any issues like these. I’m sure they will be taken care of. But the fact that it happened leaves me wondering. I do love the design of the home and the exterior design. Overall 8/10

Very great experience with KB Homes. They was very professional and did an excellent job on my home. Very well construction. 100% recommended.

The builder forgot to put a vent in the master bath. It reached 115 degrees today. The master bath has not vent so it was just as hot. Contacted the builder to complain.

The builders and sales rep are great,. they kept me updated with the whole process and will send me pictures of the steps

Our experience from the beginning was great. The sales staff did a great job of communicating the status of everything. Initially we had great communication with the building manager, but all of that changed drastically in the last 2 months. Communications ceased to exist and our closing date changed 6 times. We closed with a list of items that needed to be fixed promised by the builders. Months later we are still dealing with several of these issues. The warranty offered by the builder has been laughable and frustrating to deal with. Be prepared to have to be very patient when dealing with them during and after. ... More

Overall good experience.very happy with our new home.

We didn't get to go through the whole experience from beginning to end because we bought an inventory home. Everything was great except the fact that we never talked to the Construction Manager until 2 weeks before closing. The salesmen was wonderful and called us every week. But we are enjoying the home.

KB Home team made our home buying experience seamless. Everyone were responsive to our questions and concerns. We are from out of state and they kept us and our realtor in the loop at all times during the building process.

My experience with purchasing a house was a great experience over all. Omar did my walk through and I was pleased. He made me feel comfortable and he made sure he that I understood what he was discussing, his role and the whole process after closing.

We're fine with the home, but long story short, we're finding issues with the house after about a month of being here. The sales team and building project manager are responsive, but things would have been better if the builders were not in a rush to finish the home. We've dealt with stuck doors, wet paint, a leaky sink, unsealed garage, a number of other issues that we were told would be fixed after inspection and closing. Some thing have been fixed while others are still outstanding- for example, a faulty oven that apparently, was a company-known issue being experienced by other home buyers. Moving forward, KB probably shouldn't buy wholesale appliances from Whirlpool. It does not seem like a good idea. We may need to call and email them to file for a warranty-replacement... again, after only about a month in living here. Overall my experience could have been so much better. Missing the little details that could have made it a truly great experience. With that said my agent Tabitha was good however when she was transferred to another location it took away the attention to details.

The buying experience is as easy as riding a bike for first time buyer or experience buyer. All detail information is listed. And once the transaction is done, the support from KBH don’t stop there. They go above and beyond . Love the team

The entire process was excellent and all issues were addressed by the constitution foreman.

Check everything before you move in walls, floors ceilings and diagram. For the most they were pretty fast to come fix the items that were wrong.

Beautiful community. Lacked communication. Couldn't get a clear date as to when we would close. After they found out we were upset they did go above and beyond to make us happy.
