The home buying experience was so easy and pleasant thanks to Malissa. She was available at all times an even responded on her days off! She went above and beyond to help out in any way, and reached out to her resources to assist as needed. Scott and team were excellent as well, very responsive to our concerns and quick to get items resolved. Very professional too.

I am a first time homebuyer and was looking around for a builder I can trust. Came across so many but KB caught my eye. I have not been let down one time. From the moment the building process started I was aware of everything that was going on with the construction of my home. I mean everything!!! I got to customize the house on the inside the way I wanted it!!! A big plus!!! Just buying a new home was so scary to me because I knew nothing about buying. But I have to say from sales all the way to the project managers, design center and the counseling you received when the house is built is amazing. Plus the house I stay in is energy efficient, these times and days we need to save on money ,it keeps money in my pockets.So KB does not just build homes just to build, they build quality homes because they are looking out for the best interests of the homebuyer needs. Purchasing any new home is a bit challenging - from financing to final walk through - its just part of the process. Yet overall, things went smoothly. I like the layout and the price I paid for the home. Overall - excellent.

Great customer service in all departments - Can't expect better!

The best part of KB Home is the trustworthiness, quality of materials and very quick response from the staff. The buying experience was very smooth and the sales staff always made sure we are clear on the the process and the price is very competitive compared to the other players in the market. The service staff is very responsive and they address the issues quickly. This is in fact great! Overall, a best buying experience!!

Make sure you look for Ed. He gives the best attention to detail and quality customer service and listens to your needs and desires when customizing your house. Sometimes I felt he was my realtor. You don't find many great people like Ed these days in the real estate world. The quality of the build of certain things in the house overall was good. There are some things that could use improvement such as better door handles for example but overall combined together it was a very good experience with sales and the neighborhood.

The process started off a little rocky however Liset turned it around. She was very personable and tried to learn more about what made me happy and didn’t stop until I closed. Finance could use some work.

Vanessa and Mike were incredible and truly made our experience wonderful. Vanessa explained things along the way and Mike always kept us up to date during the build. Both represented KB Homes very very well!

Submitting an offer to this house and sale person's responses were very prompt and smooth. The house is blocking lots of noise from outside. The looks from the outside is very stylish. But there are things I hope I didn't see after moving in are following. #1. Lots of construction leftovers are buried under my lawn. I had to dig out trashes, various sizes of cement blocks, plastic vinyl, etc. I expect more in different sections. #2. There are holes in the garage wall. #3. Nails are visible in the one of bathrooms. #4. Windows sizes are not consistent. Bottoms and top widths are different here and there. #5. I hear quite squeaking noises on the 2nd floor and stairs while walking around. I hear this kind of noise from my mother-in-law's house which is more than 30 years old. ... More

I get an astronomical amount of automated junk mail and calls from KB home. Representatives begging for survey scores rather than offering solutions. I get contacted more about surveys than I do from the post sale representative that is suppose to take care of my punch list.

Everything was good in general

It was a great experience thorough out starting from contract to home building and till completion. Sales Representative, loan officer, construction manager and then warranty manager all were awesome in providing solutions and helping to get best experience in their areas. Thank you.

In order to buy a new home we have to plan in advance how you want your new home look like.

Excellent experience. Gary, the superintendent overseeing the build of our home, intently listened to all our concerns and addressed all questions with straight forward answers. He worked diligently to ensure our home would be completed by our anticipated closing date and ensured that all follow up actions regarding small touch ups be addressed urgently. Definitely appreciate all of his help and are certainly satisfied customers.

KB Homes has excellent customer service, however the quality of workmanship isn't great. There were many items that need to be repaired, replaced, and touched up. Some upgrades were not installed and had to be completed after the move in. I can't believe they would deliver the house with dents in the garage door and dirty smudges and scratches all over the white cabinets, etc. Nicky and Poco are wonderful customer service folks and I trust them with all the follow up items. They are getting things done correctly!

Very regular in terms of maintaining the timeline for the house built up V as in customer have to keep an eye on any issues on in the stage you can figure out Lot of things were broken and you should have caught by the construction manager, but it is not done so be very careful dealing with this guys
