overall good experience while purchasing

KB Homes kept in contact with us throughout the entire build. Considering we lived 3 hours away, we were able to get weekly updates as our home was being built. From sales to design studio to closing on our new home has been a great experience.

Klay was very convincing and one of the reasons why we bought a KB Home. Brian was very honest and always keeping us updated on the volatile interest rate and advised us on locking the rate before it went higher. John was very accomodating and meticulous during the costruction phase. He caught contractor's mistake and got them fixed so it won't delay the completion and move in dates. John was also very responsive in getting the punchlists and warranty items taken cared of. We had an overall great experience with our KB Home buying process.

At the beginning of our home buying journey, my fiancée and I were fairly certain we would land on a resale. Our realtor convinced us to walkthrough model homes and new builds for sale through KB Homes at Roberts Ranch and we absolutely fell in love. Our experience with the builders' agent, Michelle, was fantastic from the start and she felt like a part of our team throughout the process. Great experience with the Staff at the Sales Center. our home was delivered with some incomplete issues. the response was quick in addressing the issue but action to correct the issue was unsatisfactory. to date we still have issues that are not completed not sure when this will be addressed.

I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT KB HOME. I BOUGHT A HOME THAT WAS A HOME THAT FELL OUT OF ESCROW SO I WAS ABLE TO CLOSE VERY QUICKLY. LOVE MY NEW HOME AND THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 110%. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KB HOME.

We purchase our house from Kb homes in Salerno because its located near to hospital,colleges,schools,and outlet. The prices is much lower than the other builders and we like the location.Its quite and peaceful.

I was so excited to be a new homeowner at Valencia Fivepoints. My realtor Rolanda did an amazing job helping us find our new home. She went above and beyond to make sure our deal got closed. I just wish some to the KB representatives made us feel the same way as Rolanda did. She made us feel like we belong in this community and our goal of being a homeowner was valued. Rolanda is definitely a gem for KB Home.

The overall homebuying process with KB was great, I had an amazing “A-Team” with Justin and Daniel. Finish work such as drywall, paint, trim, ect. could have had a little more quality and care implemented within the work, but overall met expectations.

Don’t recommend kb homes

From the first contact with kb home to continuing service this has been a great experience in buying my new home.

I'm actually really tired of these surveys - We had a really terrible experience, made the home buying process even more stressful than it should have been. The sales rep quoted us the incorrect pricing and was inconsistent throughout. The trades that were hired to do the job drew profanities on our things. However, the builder worked his hardest to correct things done. Chris actually cares. Steven doesn't

Debbie and Ed really helped us every step of the way. We were working within a very short timeframe to close on an inventory home and they made it happen. Also, KBH Finance Dept made small miracles happen in a short amount of time. We love our new home.
