It may not be the best quality of work and materials, the loan process was great!

Easy process and great support!

The complex is very nice, it has many green areas. the purchase was to our liking

it's been almost 2 months in our new home and little by little things are starting to fall apart. started with the garage and now down to smaller items that I'm able to fix on my own.

Contractors are always helping out and are fast to fix anything that I have found broken. These guys are always on it. Always checking up, great experience overall.

Fit and finish is NEVER perfect, and I understand that, However follow up and follow through. Too many emails never responded to and once we do get someone to respond, very defensive in nature. Not asking for perfection, just understanding. Simplest step KB could do is to simple say, "I hear your concern and here are the options . . ." In stead of, "well that is the subcontractor, or that is construction, or that is sales . . . " Overall I am satisfied with the house, however not the follow through.

The house is great and the quality is top notch. The only thing is the house needed a deep clean. There was paint and plaster all over the floors, countertops, pretty much all surfaces. The garage door is probably the loudest belt driven I’ve heard but am told that’s the best that can be done.

When my husband and I became interested in buying a home with KB we had heard great reviews about them and we were excited to work with them as well. We did not like the fact that we were assigned to one lender before signing to buy and then she was changed without our consent or prior warning. It seems like KB has the professional lender that presented well to sell but then change to another person that doesn’t care or get to know you/family. Very unprofessional and don’t like playing these games just to make a sell.

KB Homes is just not a home building company, it’s like a family. Everyone is so cooperative and ready to help all the time. Nothing is perfect in this world and KB Homes takes every opportunity to get better by fixing anything new homebuyer has concerns for. They are very prompt in fixing things immediately. Thomas, Elena, Jose are always ready to go extra mile to have great customer experience.

I highly recommend KB Homes they communicated and educated very well. Josie and Harvey were nice people to work with. Mike and Daniel have been great with logistics and taking care of us.

KB personal, the sales team and construction management, were all very professional and helpful. They gave me guidance on every step of the home buying process. The new house was delivered to me very timely and KB followed up with me several times to assure I knew how to manage the new home's various amenities.

The KB Teams were there to guide us through every step of the way. They were in constant communication with us and made the whole experience seem very personal, like we were their only customers.

I think new homes these days are never going to be great quality, just because of the rushed deadlines. The best you can hope for is a builder who takes accountability and will fix things (even if it does take a while).

Very much impressed with the experience I had with KBHome. Really stepped up their game. The things that came standard with the house is upgrades with other builders. Their timing on the house build was precise and the management, sales and project managers were always on hand for questions and updates. Highly recommend KBHome!

The entire process from initial purchase to final move -in was very easy.The builder’s team did what they promised. They updated and responded to us in a timely fashion. Home buying can be quite stressful but KB made the process less so.

Since the very beginning at every stage of the process, I’ve communicated any errors or complaints immediately. After any complaints and talking to different associates in different departments, there was always a sense that things would be addressed, however that was never the case. Either things get passed down to different departments or people in charge, but things were never done. The overall construction of the home was very sloppy, tons of mistakes in just about every step. Lots of very obvious mistakes that were just looked past. When finalizing the home purchase, many things were still pending and we had many complaints from the construction of the home itself, delays and even the whole loan process with KB. I spoke with the customer director Don and we advised of all the issues within the home and with the customer experience. We left with a positive hopeful conversation that things would be corrected and rectified, because he was very understanding that our complaints were validated. However, at this point it has been about 5 months since then and only one of the smaller issues has been addressed. Nothing has been rectified. At this point I am very disappointed and would think that a company such as KB would do so much more for their customers and would not want to leave this type of experience for their customers. It seems as though there is no responsibility within the company to make sure things are being done. Someone needs to hold each department accountable to make sure things that are promised to be done actually get done and the customer is not left hanging for over a year. As a first time homebuyer - the whole process with KB homes - Sage Valencia has been a hassle free and an excellent experience. Right from the very beginning of home sale and building process sales, finance and construction teams have been guiding us at every-stage. We were able to negotiate a deal and book our home in one of the initial phases just in a matter of a week without needing a buyer agent. Daniel has been of great help so has been the whole team - from finance to construction. It has been a wonderful journey with KB for us!!
