We had such a wonderful experience with KB Homes. They answered and went over each process if we had question which was extremely important to us since this was our first home purchase. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process.

Process went really well specially with construction manager.

Which ever builder you choose, insist on a 3rd party inspection. Unlike other builders KB welcomed my 3rd party inspector and provided access through out the different phases of the construction. In addition KB made the few minor corrections he requested.

We had a great experience, everyone was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure to explain and show us everything along the way and have gone above and beyond with everything.
