My first experience purchasing a new home could not have gone smoother with the help of Wendy and KB. They are always there with answers with no matter what question I had whether it be big or small. After our move in, they were checking up on my wife and I and very responsive if we needed anything.

My new home buying experience was exceptional. The professionalism, expertise and the use of technology and all the process went smooth and efficient.

I've had a great experience with the salesperson - Joel and the loan originator - Michelle. They were easy to talk to and work with. However, I only got to know the construction superintendent a couple of days before my closing while I should have been in contact with him throughout the building process. After closing, I came to my house and noticed numerous issues such as dirty windows and bath tabs, and paint on the floor. I reported that but no one cared. My windows and bathtubs are still not clean. There was mold in my kitchen, I reported that but it's been a month and a half since they removed my cabinets, and haven't installed them back yet saying that we are waiting for the cabinets to arrive. ... Our GC Jeremy was phenomenal and was always helpful. The overall experience was ok. The workmanship of the trades is sub par just doesn’t seem like they care. It took a year to finish the house but not too bad. KB provides a quality product and I’d say probably the best builder in our area. I really like how they use metal posts for the fence because a lot of builders just go with wood. Once again Jeremy the GC was excellent!

I had an amazing relationship with Brandon. He was very communicative through the whole process and even after I closed. He was patient with explaining everything. This was my first home so I asked multiple questions and even asked some of the same questions more than twice. He never got upset. He always made time to explain whether on phone or in person. Great guy all around. Will definitely recommend

There are some that go out of their way for service and others that use excuses as to why they can not help. The drainage of the lots are not into ponds or conservation area, and there is no recyclable water in phase 2, leaving very high water bills, no street lights, no amenities, and no customer service.

Janice made herself available and answered all questions knowledgeably. Ian was also responsive and prompt with any issues I had. Both were very professional.

I love the new house but I have to tell that my walls material are not a good quality, also I think that the streets at this neighborhood are too narrow, and finally the room closets are too small.

My experience was miserable and they know it. They were not honest about closing dates and they put me through at least 10 closing dates. This caused me undo and uncalled for hardships on me and my dog. Moving from place to place counting on KB to make good on closing only to be denied again and again! I lost trust in them fairly early on. Funny, the only dates they held true to was the date I had to have my earnest money/check sent to them by which in good faith I did! And at that point my closing date was cancelled for one excuse after another. They are quick to blame weather, worker shortage, etc. I saw their issue as a lack of leadership from the front office to those on the ground I saw working. A clear lack of supervision from higher up. The sales guy, the lender and the onsite construction guy were the only ones I trusted. All others truly didn't care promising only in the end, only when they knew how hostile my review was going to be, told me "they'll make up for the inconvenience" I went through. When you cant convince a buyer with quality product and results, you bribe them. I didn't take the bait and have the moral courage to put out there what I'm writing here. Approach KB with extreme caution, I'm not the only one this has happened to. Do your due diligence. I'm day to day with my new place a certain upgrade from the townhome I had in IL, but I just pray that small things I've noticed in workmanship and so forth, while not earth shattering, aren't signs of what might come later. KB Home was the best experience in buying my first home. I had ti opportunity to choose every detail and make my home unique. From start to finish, every process was done professionally. Everyone was on top of everything to make sure my home turn out, my dream home.

Building a home can be super stressful but choosing a KB home has been one of the best choices we made. Q met and exceeded all expectations and kept us up to date and answered all questions we had during the building process. This is someone that cares beyond of his daily duties at work.

I love my new KB home but the responsiveness to issues that should have been resolved is horrible. Please continue to work on customer service after the house is sold.

Our sale person Kelly has a great personality and very helpful on purchasing our new home made the family feel comfortable with all the questions the family had to ask. Michael our inspector was very helpful with the family went over all the things to know about the house and checking all appliances ,electrical and plumbing Both Kelly and Michael answer all the things we need to know and responsive when needed Thanks you kb homes and people involved with our journey on purchasing our new home.

Mike (Realestate sales rep) and Donnie (superintendent) over at SageGlen LasVegas are phenomenal professionals who assisted I making the building process so seamless. We are very appreciative and fortunate to have had these gentlemen be part of our process; my wife and I enjoyed every step. We cannot thank them enough as well as KB as a whole. Thank you all for your shear dedication and commitment to establishing not just partnership but rather a meaningful relationalship with us. Very happy with our mew home!

Rita from Sales was great as was Mike from the construction team. However the mortgage team was not great and the warranty guys just stink. But bottom line, headaches aside we love our new home.

Stressful, arduous experience building a new home with KB - sub par contractors - sub par Project Managers who didn’t know how to manage a job and the result is a sub par home which I will have to already update and renovate. What should have been an exciting time in my life turned out to be anything but with me having to micro-manage them and beg for the job to be done right - mistake after mistake cost valuable time - took 15 months to get into the house.

The process are very smooth .

The time to build was too long for the size of the house. The quality of work is horrible. The neighborhood has a lot of self centered residents Wish I would have known. I would have looked elsewhere

This was a very scary situation buying a home but KBHOMES made it so much easier
