I’m going to be honest I was going to be the worst experience ever buying a house but KB stepped up and made it a great experience

To start, KB was the only builder that didn't join the "bidding game" among all the builders out there. They went with "first come first serve", and I was able to sign up and start the home buying process immediately. Alex in the design studio is awesome! She made the entire design process so enjoyable. Our design appointment went over 3 hours and it felt like a breeze. Alex deserves a raise for sure. The construction process was overall good. There was a small hiccup toward the end, but the team was able to fix the issue rather swiftly. Sarah from the KB Home Loan team was also super helpful. She walked us through the loan process with knowledge and worked hard to give us the best rate and pricing possible. It's been a tough market, but the KB team helped us ease through the entire home buying process. I'm grateful. I'm not able to give much input on the house quality as of yet since I just moved in. Sales staff was very nice and listen to our issue and addressed what they could. Loan department seemed to put minimal effort into giving us loan options or providing information about the different loan options, get a realtor you trust to help you. Construction was on schedule but did not repair all the issue identified during home inspection walk and was difficult to work with to address those issue.

Many of the trades did poor quality work. Now we are 2 months in the house and still waiting for them to come correct the mess they made. Extremely disappointed in this. I'm still looking for reasons to love this house, but it's been a struggle. As of right now, I would not recommend a KB home.

The price was to high, waited almost one year..

After one year, KB finally handed over the house to me! The house is large and the backyard is moderate in size. The overall price of the house is 5% lower than the contract signed a year ago, reducing my financial burden. The new house is equipped with solar energy, which is very environmentally friendly, with various household equipment, and the overall price of the house is relatively high. The minus point is that the quality of the doors and windows is average, and a few switches are broken, which have been reported to KB and are waiting for repairs!

Great Home buying experience with KB. From Eric who took time to show me various homes and keep updated on a weekly basis to Arturo who facilitated the loan process and ensured the closing was smooth to David who kept me informed as to how to take care of my new home as well as check on a regular basis to ensure that all was going well and respond promptly to any concerns that arose, I can’t but to say my experience was and is still fantastic. KB do not just sell you a home. They stay with you during and after the home buying process.

I am a first time new home buyer. The process was made easier being in a team and following the guide lines provided by KB Homes. Everyone in the team is very friendly and helpful. Weekly followup and pictures kept the whole team informed. I appreciate all the support my team gave me during the process.

it was a nice buying experience and the staff are really nice

My first visit to the KB Homes was a great experience. I was introduced to a new way of living in a modern home. I was happy with their sales rep the most. And secondly the builder’s who explained everything about how to use my new home. Overall, KB homes was a perfect match for me and if you’re planning to purchase a new modern home, KB Homes will make you very happy.

I have been in the house for two months and it still has many details. The truth is that I would not recommend it to anyone, tremendous sectioning. Put people who are trained to supervise the construction of the houses.

We purchased a KB home recently and enjoyed the care, guidance, and timely communications from the sales office and the design studio. The KB homes design studio expert Curtis guided us through the design selection process and was always attentive to our needs. During the build process, KB homes' sales agent Katrina, construction management Sean, and construction supervisor Michael did their best to help resolve interior build issues so we could close on the home as soon as possible despite labor and material shortages. Katrina's sincere care for us and her involvement in ensuring we get the house we are delighted with. I am very thankful to construction supervisors Michael and Bashar for working diligently to address all my concerns and trying to fix issues even after the home closing. KB made the process seamless!

Everyone at KB was super helpful answering all our questions. As first time home buyers, it was awesome to work with a team that had the knowledge and patience to help us out through the process.

Good sales agent, but HOA or solar system contacts are poor to we have to keep asking who what and how

I have to say 99% of this home is amazing, but there are some issues. Warranty claims get a response very quickly, however im learning you are at the mercy of whatever contractor installed that particular item. With that said I'm definitely glad I purchased the home.

house is great pick out your lot and not get a lot on a hill eith a yard you cannot use the incline cannot even walk in the yard and back yard is a swamp

If you would like a hassle free experience at new home buying and building, this is your builder. Frequent updates during the build process, better material, craftsmanship and the sales representatives are very attentive. The superintendents maintain communication and they attend to buyers questions or concerns. Don’t hesitate call KB homes!!!
