This is my second KB home in the last 12 years and this experience out ranked the last experience and it was GREAT! Everything was organized and it was a very smooth process. It's easy to work with the employees at KB because you feel that they really care about you and value you. My Loan Officer, Jared, was OMAZING! I have purchased 3 homes in my life and he has by far been the BEST! Very careful, he would keep me updated, incredible Loan Officer!!! He is a great asset to KB Homes.

Great experience for first-time homebuyers. They walk you through the steps and make sure you know what is going on every step of the way. Unfortunately, they cut corners on the finishing touches and left a few things below standard.

Kb is very good company. they have very excellent customer service, they know how to handle customer very friendly professional from the sales to the mortgage officer. I really recommend my friends , my family and other people stick with KB .

The construction of the home is of very low quality. Different shades of paint on the same walls. Carpet covered in paint spots, flooring creaks anywhere you walk, drywall nails visible on walls and ceilings, tile not leveled, etc. I can go on and on. It’s as if they hired a bunch of rookies to complete the home. Horrible build, would not recommend to anyone looking for a home.

Be patient when a lousy presidential administration has been elected as the interest rates and inflation will go up due to stupid policies, supplies will be limited, good people will be laid off, people will cancel contracts, and everything will take longer than it should. We love our new home as it feels well built, quiet and comfortable., I love the filtration system included with the a/c, lots of electrical outlets so very few extension cords are needed.

Mary, Brady, Tim and Mark were a great team working WITH WHAT THEY HAD. We started this process in November 2021 and moved in October 2022. Process was painful, expensive and stressful. Beautiful home, but too many problems, still being resolved. Thank you Mary for all Your hard work throughout this process.

Everyone was really helpful. Had a great experience. Nikki, Chad, Sapna everyone was superb.

I'm extremely happy with my new home! The customer service follow-up is amazing. The construction crew is always knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend KB Home to any of my friends or family.

KB Homes Sales team is very helpful and prompt. KB Home loans team, is wonderful. They help you in every aspect. KB Home Insurance is the most competitive price in the home owner insuarance. Also the construction team support is excellent and customer support team is also very nice. Definitely recommend KB homes to everyone.

The sales staff was great, but the KH financing could use a tune up. The home is in good shape overall but it definitely shows the rush to complete in the loss of quality in craftsmanship. The issue is obvious, built fast and too many for proper oversight on the work done. But no major issues, so that's a big plus. Response to warranty repairs is also good.

Tom was good at helping me with my walk through. He also was patient in answering all of my questions regarding caring for items in my home. As for the rest of it- I wish my buying experience only on my enemy or my ex. Everything is a RUSH! Politeness is out the door when questions are asked. I did not design my house, but I love it. However, there are things that I missed in the walk thru, even though I couldn't change at that point, that are weird in design and for homeowners to deal with daily. Maybe this will help the builder and the next buyer: the counter is far out in the primary shower that it doesn't allow you to have space to step out of the water's range while taking a shower. Oh, and a switch for overhead lighting under the kitchen sink is dysfunctional. ... More

It has been more than two months since closing, and instead of doing the things we would like to in and on our home, we spend our weekends taking care of workmanship issues. In the last two weekends, we removed and repaired drawer glides in the last cabinet installed in our master bath, and yesterday fought off an ant invasion because there are gaps 1" wide between the siding and the foundation. There's no telling what we're going to find next, so we have set our expectations to zero. We're also redoubling our efforts to find what workmanship issues remain, but it will probably take an entire year to find them all. We have collected a lot of notes, e-mails, and photos, and once we do find all we can in this first year, we intend to write a report we to send to every name we can find at KB Homes about our own unique home-buying experience. ... After closing customer service has been horrible. 10-day visit work has been pending for 8 months. Hate how you deal with customers post-closing
