I had a great experience with the construction team! Anything I need fixed they came to fix it, even months after I moved in! Scott is amazing as usual. My sales rep Kimberly was outstanding, she was always reachable. Terrible experience with the lender team, I ended up having to shop for an outside lender.

I had a positive experience with KB Homes until the end. It took 11 months for them to complete a townhouse, nearly 5 months more than they had originally predicted. I had 3 building contractors during that time and my sales rep also left during that time. The lack of consistency between the different phases was evident. The builders have been given too much on their plates to truly manage everything well. They are capable individuals, but the company has set them up for failure. My home was rushed to be finished and many final details were not finished well. The closing date was set and then pushed back another time and the to-do list was long even after closing. Communication was often lacking. The end of construction/closing was not as I had hoped and makes it difficult to recommend KB Homes to others for the time being. House was built per expectations and value for money was indeed great.

We bought our first home with KB Home. There are pending items to complete but they requested us to close the property and mentioned that they would complete the pending items with in 2-3 weeks of home closure. We almost completed 2+ months and still they did not address the pending items and every day follow-up got a big headache. My recommendation to everyone not to go and close the home without trusting them. Just close the property once everything is addresses.

[m my first experience with KB i was really impressed by this company. Their price was not compatible, very fair, very organized quality material, everything as they promised to accomplish and on top of all very professional and friendly stuff eager to help on every step of process,

The process during the home build was good, but once I closed there were plenty of exceptions that needed to be completed. Wished the home was more “move in ready” than what I walked into.

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. Thanks to the builder too for their support as well with several price deductions to match up with the sale of our condo in order to be able to buy the new home

Home delivery was delayed considerably. Two months after closing, there are still items pending to be closed such as shower enclosures.

Sales team was great. All other aspects from loan, construction, quality, craftsmanship, closing, to repairs has been a nightmare. Very disappointed in the product. There are major issues in every part of the home. Moved in and the AC, Ovens, electrical and plumbing all had major issues. 2 months in and we still do not have proper working air and still no ovens. Countertops that we paid extra for is cracked. Most of the electrical was wired incorrectly or not at all. Overall, the lack of detail, care and professionalism was missing. Not sure if it is incompetence or laziness or both. Either way we feel as if we were sold a lemon. We will NEVER EVER BUY KB homes again. Do your research!!!! Also, incorrect materials were used. Drywall does not even reach the floors. We have had at least 20 repairs so far and are awaiting many more to correct the issues. The construction manager who was in charge of our home lied to us multiple times causing us extreme stress about closing. We had no where to go, our storage unit was up, had to cancel movers and KB undelivered as promised multiple times. Finally closed with an incomplete home. It was great working with Garrett. He addressed all my concerns in a timely manner, regularly communicated progress of construction, and continues to offer quick and effective support throughout the warranty process.

Was made fit to the job

We worked with Carolina who was responsive, helpful and guided us through the entire home buying process. Blanca was also extremely helpful with our loan process. Luis explained everything and made sure repairs and appointments were done in a timely manner.

I am just ok with overall experience ,materials wasn’t as expected but in studio I forget her name but she helped us to choose really good things for home and also our Leander was also very helpful In the interior many more small things left incomplete.they have lot of cleaning issue,

Thomas was great to work with and very responsive to our needs and concerns Others should know that build time did not meet times that were promised

I WISH THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP TO BE BETTER, SO I WILL NOT HAVE THAT MANY ISSUES WITH WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. I CLOSED MY ESCROW ALMOST 2 MONTHS, THE ISSUES ARE STILL THE SAME.

We have owned numerous homes throughout our life. KB Home is been one of the best great quality and service, and very personable.

Some issues but they were solved, still waiting for some new request that kerlyn is trying to solve

This has been a rollercoaster ride! I think what I will take from this whole experience is COMMUNICATE! & Make sure your sales rep is around after you sign the papers/contract because he disappeared like David Copperfield-

East Village has the best staff, from start to finish!

Rest assure when you move into your new KB home, their staff will follow up on everything they promised and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your home in case anything else comes up.
