Will not recommend kb homes

All sales staff and lender were very nice and professional

this was our first time buying a home and it was a great experience from start to finish and we ended with an amazing product!!! We couldn’t be happier with our first home. Definitely recommend KB homes!

Available staff and great response times to needs and concerns. Walk through and site visitations during construction were encouraged and informative.

Sales staff are the best, but unfortunately the attention for other people with issues and concerns have to be better.

Very good experience with sales people

I had a very positive experience with KB Homes. Scott and Josh were outstanding as my sales consultants. Scott was always very responsive in listening to my concerns and resolving any issues I had. Josh provided great updates on the construction and status of my house with great videos and pictures. Cole my project manager (with the construction) was just amazingly in responding to all my questions from the beginning of the process to the end. He still continues to be a valuable resource and helps me with anything I need from painting touch ups, replacing a broken drawers, etc. I also want to thank Debra with KB studios. My upgrades are perfect and came out better than expected. Thanks to her extraordinary patience and advice I was able to make all the right selections for the interior/exterior design of my house. ... More

Gavin has been fantastic to work with. The quality of the home is excellent and the few issues we had were dealt with very promptly.

The process was swift. The house is /material is good. I love the layout/designs. KB team responds timely. They guide me aling the way.

We never have a experience like buying a house before and they make the process goes smooth and easier, you call them for anything and they will answer quickly

The KB team did a great job in keeping us informed on our new construction progress. Although KB financing had a few speed bumps, still glad we went through it and am now enjoying a brand new home that we had built! Overall, positive experience, but stay involved throughout the process!

From the day I put my deposit down to close was 3 weeks short of 52 weeks. There were tons of delays including the week leading up to close. It seemed like the turnover of sales people, builders created an environment where myself, the buyer never knew what was happening or who I could reach out to. In the final month and a half they brought in a new project manager, Kelly who is and continues to be a Rockstar. He is so responsive and knowledgeable. The entire process would have left a sour taste in my mouth if it were not for him. I would give him 5 starts in every category possible.

I provided the issues what I have seen before the closing and only couple of issuse were fixed until now. Provided all issues to the warranty guy as well and no repsonse until now. Construction is pretty below standards. It’s been littke over a month for me the new house and I see new issues which I am listing out currently.

Overall good. Especially since we got in early and got a good price.

The sales office was great. My rep kept me apprised of status, progress and timeline. I felt like the KBHS team could have done a better job 'coaching' on the phase of the loan progress. Multiple times, months would go by without notice and then there was an immediate required action item that was crucial to he loan process, which created a lot of unnecessary stress. I also had to specifically call out issues and updates that were required to be made in my closing summary statements multiple times. Had I not put the effort to perform details reviews of my closing summary, I'm certain they would not have been caught which would have resulted in me paying excess fees; again unnecessary stress for something that should have been a seamless and generally exciting/enjoyable process. ... Smooth experience, very helpful with the process of the loan.

Materials are not of good quality, for example, the cabinet we have many broken

I had an over all good experience with getting a new build. Picking out the colors and upgrades did personalize the experience more.
