Overall good experience for a first time home buyer. Great team that made process straightforward. Very helpful and receptive to concerns. Everyone involved worked hard to make it work.

Ive had a decent amount of issues that were not completed before the closing and the team has been very helpful and communicates and responds quickly to messages.

We are so happy that we found out this Kb home community @ spring Valley. 1st time buyers home and finally we just move in Last Dec 5 .KB homes staff are all there for the whole process from the beginning they are ready to answer all our questions and concerns if theres any needs to update..We pleased and Happy on our Home Sweet Home ..

Awesome sales team who guided every step of the way. Loan team also checked in every two weeks if anything was needed. Great experience and would recommend

This is my second time buying with KB. The first time was great. This second time the quality is subpar. Just to say that siding is missing and they thought is was a great idea to paint over the 2 pieces missing and not say anything. Thanks for a neighbor noticing and letting us know.

Long experience but it was smooth

Sales and designing team were good. Bank/Loan processors were terrible, they were not responsive and not helpful. Construction team/Regional Customer Service Manager are not very responsive, and not pleasant to deal with.

Given that I am not American the KB team helped me with understanding everything and all the do's and don'ts. Very easy and smooth and I would recommend this experience to anyone,

KB made the experience great the entire time. They have the best sales team and customer service team even after you close. They also were willing to give us more credits towards closing than any other builder we dealt with and accepted a lower asking price than the listed price. Thanks KB

As a whole I had a great great experience buying with KB. The process was clearly laid out up front. Rodregus was attentive as we moved along and he went above and beyond at several points. There were some hiccups with the translation from Design Center selections to final build. Stacy handled build issues with a great attitude and they were addressed promptly.

Okay I have to say I Love my Loan Originator I cannot begin to explain how she helped change my life I met her because the first Loan Originator I was working with wasn't trying to service my needs with purchasing a KB Home he was more concerned about me signing not concerns about me not trying to spend more than can Afford or pay a month for my mortgage monthly .when first Speaking with Second Originator she apologize for the first Loan Originator and said I'm here now how I assist you she listen to my concerns about not purchasing more than I can afford and how much wanted to pay for a mortgage monthly So she gave me a list of things that I would need to do to meet this criteria. From cleaning up my credit so my scores would rise to not spending any monies on anything other than food and shelter S I promised to do as she instructed and now I'm a Proud owner a KB Home is . Overall great experience in buying a home

My begining experience was very good but contractor and building experience is frustate. Material for make this house low quality I didn' any kb homes people to toldk about low quality materials and contractor alwys make me frustate . I closed my november 25 2022 but contractor installed blinder and screen fully . Contracotr installed blinder last 1/20/233 and screen last 10 days but not fully and lot of small issue have to fix but contractor don't do another issue contractor use electric wire out of wall on my garage door . it can't be even he didn't use any cover for electric wire. My house back glass door lock is not good . ... More

Given this horrendous disappointing experience with sales, construction and customer service, we do not plan to do business with KB Homes again nor recommend KB Homes as a viable option. We take pride in companies that display respect, dignity, integrity, accountability and sincere customer service. We have had experiences with The New Home Company and Tri Pointe Homes, which have all surpassed the level of customer service, integrity, and overall satisfaction we've recently experienced with KB Homes. The lack of professionalism, integrity and accountability speaks louder than words. ALSO, we’re noticing the home is built poorly. Paper thin walls. Pretty sure they used styrofoam and sheet rock for walls…only put wood behind sheet rock for load bearing walls, which is less than half the house- making it freezing during winter. KB had a weekly update on the progress of the home which I appreciated very much.

Extremely poor communication and rushed process. Warranty items are very slow moving

Everything’s good, happy w the purchase

KB has very attractive advertised features. The workmanship is the process to remedy issues is slow. Most dissapointing is a contractually mistake they've made without fixing the issue. However they also refuse to say they won't fix it so that I can move to arbitration. Delayed responses and promises to return calls are typical even with time sensitive departments like KB's mortgage team.

Let's start from the beginning. I found myself in a position to purchase a home. I thought to myself wouldn't it be nice to own a house so close to downtown Raleigh? Well, yes it would have been nice. To be honest the location is in an area with lots of growth. But, the point is the house is a complete disaster. I have never in my life been struck with such intense buyers remorse than after the purchase of this home. This WILL be my first and last purchase with KB home. The list of issues I have with this house are numerous. To be honest I have never in my life seen such poor craftsmanship in a new construction home. Somehow when whatever you call "warranty" work is done mud gets tracked into my house. The workers never cleanup after themselves and they do work that honestly a high schooler in carpentry class could do a better job. It's an absolute joke that some of the people working on these houses call themselves tradesmen. I don't feel like I come home to a new house every day after work. No, I come home to my little house of nightmares. I paid for a new house but instead I got the used car lot equivalent of one. ... More

Good overall experience, great response to service requests.

Great experience specially with the marketing person Harvey and Loan department Marcus. Very helpfull answer my question any time. Work with me on my convenience time which is I was full time Employed and when I call them even thier off days and evening early morning any time answer phone calls. House design department assist and explained all the product I want. I am so great full that I worked with KB. Happy for my house.

Not Happy with quality of the completion

Found cracks inside and outside of the house,driveways and is not been fixed yet.
