Ultimately I am just amazed that we got to build a new home for our family and also customize it to meet our budget and needs. While things have not been perfect Mellisa and the teams have been putting in a great effort to get things corrected. Definitely been recommending KB to our friends and family.

At first we were a little disappointed because we found a lot of things wrong after we moved into the house, but since then, we have had customer service agents and our sales person reach out to help s resolve our issues, which we really appreciate. Thank you!

Kb is the best, everything was great I highly reccomend this company.

Definitely probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with, not a first time home buying process that I felt I’ve received/deserved. Cheap materials, lack of communication, no follow up, rushed process, items not completed, & I have questions to this day that still aren’t being answered or addressed. I would never purchase another home from this builder.

KB has been great. They followed thru with all sorts of move in help. I’m single so I needed help. I appreciate it so much.

At first things were good until our lot was sold from up under us twice. No notification or idea it had happened until when it was time to get a date for the studio. Then once that was sorted, studio selections were double selected by a neighboring house which caused some reselections without compensation. Once that was figured out, when it came time to close on the house multiple credit checks within a month mixed up identity from loan officer and closing agent and once we got to the final hour KB denied me a loan. It was all too peculiar, like KB didn't want to sell the house to us. But I found a lender outside of KB who was willing to loan us the money and we closed within 2.5 weeks. Something KB couldn't not get done. Now that I'm in the house a few things need to be corrected it's taking time but things are coming together. Very tumultuous and frustrating dealing with KB staff. Worst experience in my life. I hate KB, this house and everyone involved. I’ll be glad when I get rid of it.

Great and wonderful service from customer service, agents, loan officers and builders. Very impressive experience including total satisfaction in the entire home buying process.

Trisha and Ed were amazing to work with. After we moved in is when we noticed craftsmanship issues and just the overall quality of work is not what I would say meets standards. We started to get issues fixed then that halted and we haven't heard back from anyone. The person who did our walk through said since it's after 30 days he can no longer help us and we needed to continue the process with Brandi, who has yet to return our call. Needless to say the sales office is amazing but the rest has fallen short.

Construction took a few months longer than the original projection, but the supply chains have been backed up due to COVID and are still running into issues. As for the house I love it! They did a great job, have amazing warranties, and were lovely to work with!

The translation to becoming a first time homeowner was amazing mainly because of KB Homes entire team from sales to construction was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions or concerns.

Very helpful and always kept in touch.

Based on my experience with KB Homes, I would not go with these builders again.

We had great support from everyone. Our new homeowner orientation went great and Cecil was kind enough with answering our questions even after we moved in. To cap it all, the workers are very responsive whenever we call.

KB home was responsive in every step of the home buying experience. We love our new house!

KB Home does not provide high quality homes. We have quickly noticed all the shortcuts that were taken during the building process after moving in. It's obvious many of the subcontractors they hired were rushing and did not take pride in their work. So much so that they ended up firing the first crew and ended up hiring a new one, but a lot of damage was already done with the previous crew that they claim could not be undone. Sales person, designer and contractor have been good! Finance on the other hand was not good, terrible information and was not there for us at closing. Didn’t answer phone or call back on day of closing as we had questions. Customer service for warranty, has terrible lack of time in responding. A simple “ working on it” would suffice but she prefers not to respond at all. Poor cleaning of construction after being in the house.

Been in the house only a few months and we've already decided at the end of the year we're going to sell. Multiple issues including leaks, countertop issues, issues with appliances, paint issues , quality issues, customer service issues, landscaping issues, and more. Customer service has been extremely useless with the exception of one or two helpful incidents. I will never purchase another KB home in my life. What was supposed to be our forever home has now just turned into a short-term living situation.

Love our new home in Inspirada. KB did a good job! Our move was easy and smooth.
