I am a first time home buyer and KB made me feel very confident throughout the entire process.

The studio experience was great, we were really able to understand and bring out the full potential of the space we were given. When we had any questions, our service rep Bobby helped us at any and all hours. Construction did finish rather late and we had some areas that needed fixes still, like kitchen cabinet missing a board, water leakages in the balcony, and stovetop installed crookedly. Overall 4/5 for the good service but construction issues

I realize there was extensive delays with materials etc. Marcy was excellent as a sales rep, Paulette was thorough and patient with me and my many questions as a first time home buyer. Tyler, the substitute who did our first walkthrough was top tier.

I got home with ceiling fan, the backdoor sliding door was dented. The response from KBhome was super slow. I had to escalate it to corporate office to find the supervisor information and even after that I had to make multiple calls to get a response. Finally they responded but getting the work done is super slow. Also KB home in their base mode (price they put on the website) is a bare bones house. E.g they don't even give handle to door, garage door opener, LED lights as default. These are we need to take as upgrade.

Best experience since we moved to the states from Nigeria ( 3 years ). From start to finish it was a great experience. The best part was the deliverable a "HOME"

Jeff, our Sales Counselor was terrific. I cannot say enough good things about him. Closing was delayed a number of weeks due to supply issues. A number of things were incomplete upon closing in early December and added to the Exception List. We are still waiting to have many of the issues resolved.

We had a good home buying experience all the way from the sales agent, financing team, and build team.

Martin always gave us a good feedback when we needed. He went beyond with optional recommendations in buying the house. Excellent person.

Great experience, would recommend to anybody looking for an affordable new build.

Scott was the first person we met at KB and he went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way, moving from out of state is tough but Scott made every effort to keep us in the loop, answering all of our questions and quickly finding solutions to any problems that would arise. We met Brian early on and he is so easy to work with, very responsive and helpful through whole process. Scott and Brian made us feel like family, a testament to their great character.I would highly recommend KB homes in quality, service, communication and overall process.

Great experience with Quality and value

Glad we went with Kb home we got a lot more home, than when we started our quest for a place to call our own .Kelly was incredibly attentive and helped us get into our dream home . She went above and beyond to make it work . I wish I would have known to wait a few more days to sign so I wouldn’t have my first mortgage payment due in 34 days after getting the keys . The lending process could definitely be smoother but I appreciate you guys making it work for me . Michael and the team has been very helpful with the ownership experience .

Was a long process. Home is good, but some of the workmanship can be better.

Everyone from Ryan, Dennis, John were very nice and very professional. I know we had hiccups along the way but everything came out great. Love our home.

Overpriced for the quality given

The home was delivered a full six months after it was promised—and the problem was not the pandemic! The problem was the company’s policy of hiring unskilled workers— and perhaps not paying well enough? Management changed on a regular basis—sometimes monthly—and thus there was no accountability. Shockingly bad workmanship throughout the home left us seriously disappointed. The sales team promised high value—and we estimate the house is actually In value about HALF what we paid for it. I have had a good home buying experience for my first time buying a home. Jaime has been great at fixing any issues that have come up or getting back to me in a timely manner.

Things seemed a little rough at first. Now, things are being done to get the house in great shape. Everybody is very nice, trying their best to be accommodating.

Elaine who sold the home to me was and has been great! Logan as also and has been awesome too. Everything else has been okay. The communication during construction was mediocre at best. It took longer than anticipated in building and the quality control was not there either. During my first walkthrough prior to closing their were quite a few items that were missed. Also with me being out of town 95% of the time just added more to the confusion of when completion was anticipated. A few items to note are that I am waiting on my garage door panels to be replaced. I have had to reschedule in order to accommodate my schedule. But none the less, my garage door was dented and should have been caught in KB Homes walkthrough prior to my arrival. ... More

Through the entire process there was little to no communication unless it was Us reaching out to the Builders of this company. Only time any communication was reciprocated to us is when they needed something, KB really made the experience worse instead of insuring the customer had a wonderful stress free time. We were Hounded and pushed to close when the house was not even complete! Once we conducted our walk through the quality of work was incredibly poor. Foundation was NOT level therefore the flooring was wavy and hollow in certain areas, paint on almost every outlet, un even wall heights and the pillars out front were noticeably crooked. The contractors left debris in our drains causing an overflow in the bathroom that flooded the pantry and the kitchen. Were holes in the walls, door knobs in half the rooms were lose and would fall off. With all of that the communication was still very poor, we reached out and every time we’d make a call no one would answer. We would have to call literally 10 times just to get a text back to call another number. The concrete in the garage was poorly finished with a bunch of Honeycomb and cracked edges. We have only been in the house for 3 weeks and we feel we made the worse mistake purchasing with KB Homes. ... More

This is my second home with KB. I'm looking forward to possibly buying a third in the future when the timing is right. Satisfied with both experiences overall.

It was pretty good I guess

My experience in K H is 10 stars. I am delighted with everything from day one to the delivery of my house. Everything has been incredible. A thousand thanks to the entire KH team, especially Zina and the always attentive Stacy. Thank you very much . Muchas Gracias a todos

The floor plan was awesome & the superintendent was great to work with. He is very knowledgable.
