I was surprise that I had so many issues after closing on my KB home. I bought my house contrary to my realtor, telling me not to buy through KB homes. I hope they will use better materials in the future, and provide more for their home owners.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my experience. The team from Betsy, to Andrew, to Christian to Jose were all super helpful. 2 months after the close of my escrow they continue to check up on me, amazing customer service.

Great customer service they make you feel like family.

Larry was very helpful and gave us lots of information as we got started and George has been super helpful as we get settled in.

Quite honestly, our experience was a good one. Everything happened extremely quick! From Brad at the sales office, to Nick coming through with the loans. We are so happy with our beautiful home

Purchasing my first home with KB Home was an excellent idea and one that I am so glad I made. My parents have had 5 homes built from the ground up and my brother and his wife have had 2 homes built, but they have said numerous times that their experiences were nothing like mine with KB Home. The biggest difference was the communication I had with the team of individuals working for KB Home and assisting me throughout the process. Jackie, Paul, Desiree, Jake, Victoria, and Shelbi were so helpful and consistent in communicating with me weekly. If questions arose, I could easily text or email them and they were quick in responding. Even after purchasing my home and moving in, I still am in contact with Jackie, Jake, and Shelbi - they have become like family, patient with me and answering questions along the way. Everyone in my team from Greg in sales, Phillip and Nathan (project managers) and Annie at the design studio were wonderful! They were always willing to answer questions and walk us through every facet of the process.

I am still waiting for some issues to be solved.

Overall experience with KB was excellent!

Rodregus was a terrific part of our purchasing experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my family was able to purchase and move in to our second KB home parallel to the sale of our first KB home. Stacy was a wonderful superintendent to work with. She kept my family and I regularly updated with photos and texts of the progress of our home. She was excellent with addressing issues and questions we had quickly.

Warranty claim so slow and miscommunication

I had the best home buying experience with KB. Vanessa the sales rep, David in design, Larry the supervisor and Jerry his right hand were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I’d buy with KB again and recommend them highly to my friends and family. Thank you so much for making my dream come true!

Bad experiences... still need improvement pre-sales and post-sales.

They were all 3 very communiticive and on top of everything. Very prompt to respond when questions were asked.

Positive over all. Some finish ups (spots of paints on the laminate floors, doors were a little sub-standard). However, everything else is great. Cody, the sales person, goes above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner! Both Erik's were great - when completing the walk throughs.

Nice houses in a nice neighborhood

Our build took 10-11 months and we received several updates that were inaccurate during the process. There were several occasions where work was advised to have been completed but was not. The quality of the build was nothing spectacular and there are plenty of flaws due to KB’s choice of contractors. We have been in the home for two months and we are still waiting for issues to be corrected; such as the lawn being replaced due to dead, weed infested grass being installed. Also, we were in the home for a month and we found out that our blinds were never ordered until we had already been in the home for 3 weeks but we paid for the blinds during our design process. Thankfully the supplier of the blinds was willing to prioritize our order due to the lack of dependability with KB. We experienced a number of issues, such as bathroom sink cracked, doors can't close, some parts are missing etc...... Some contractors didn't response call for repairs, such as carpet repairman refused to answer phone calls, text message..... Hopefully, things will move faster in 2023.
