My experience with KB Homes has been great! The job supervisor has been attentive and has done everything he can to correct any issues we have found throughout the building process and after closing as well. Thank you for giving my family a great house we can call home!

The home buying experience was smooth. Our sales agent was quick to answer all of our questions.

Everyone involved in the build and sell of our home were kind, quick to respond, and made the effort to openly community about the process. They have been quick when responding to our reports for repairs since we have moved in. I recommend purchasing a new home for KB Homes!

Overall it has been a great experience with KB Home for the whole ride. From the sale rep Tim to the home option specialist Curtis and the builder supervisor Jared and the director Bill, we feel so thankful we are having the business with this awesome team. Although we are still waiting for some problems fixing which should be commons in a new home, we are trusting we will have the positive responses.

The overall experience was good. The sales team was great, the kb home design studio was great, the kb home mortgage team was excellent, closing went well. The only hiccups are with the finishing of the home. I would have expected it to be in a better shape when closing. We have numerous issues that will need to be resolved over the next few months, like creaking floors, furnace problems, toilets and hardware not well aligned, some aesthetics with paint and drywall. It appears like this is common with new builds but I just wished there was a higher attention to detail prior to closing. House was not completed properly on due date. Many issues existed that were located after we moved in. Items ordered and installed were not the same as we had selected in the showroom. Everything that needed to get corrected is an order that gets placed and then your at the mercy of the contractor to show up weeks later. There is no quality control. No one is monitoring the actual work of the corrections. Sometimes out of the blue a contractor would show up unexpectedly. The warranty department takes days to answer. In essence, they took our money, an now we are forced to wait for all repairs to get done whenever they get done with no priority for us since it is not an emergency. The quality of the house is not matching with the quality that I saw in the show unit. The basic option for kitchen cabinets is very cheap and not made from durable wood or timber. It was a manufactured wood and easy to break. The plumbing features are not durable compared to the price that I paid for. All my doors are scratched during construction and the builder did not replace them. Instead they just repaired them and I had to accept it because the construction was behind schedule and I didn’t want to delay the turnover process. Window frames plastic / PVC made from low quality material and there is no sound insulation with exterior environment. Basic paint is not durable and easy to catch dirt and hard to clean (need to repaint and can’t be cleaned) a lot of options are not covered in the base price like: 1- mini blinds. 2- fridge, washer, dryer 3- front and rear gutter 4- microwave. 5- double switch for ceiling fan. 6- garage door opener. 7- sprinkler system. People used to eat inside the house during construction and they used to walk with their shoes on the new carpet. The vanity faucets are not sealed properly and it was leaking inside the cabinets. There is no sound insulation in the interior partitions. KB home did not treat their customers equally. My neighbor got $10k incentive and was able to book his loan rate in Feb 2022. I was informed by the sales team that I can lock my rate in May. This is way below average compared to the current prices. ... More

I'm a first time homeowner and so the process was all new - it's not an easy thing to build a home and the superintendents that I worked with were the best. Extremely high level of detail and care which I appreciate and enjoy now that I have moved in!

I really enjoyed being able to pick out special finishes with my KB Home. The design studio experience is what sold me on the process. The build process was long but that is understandable when you want things done right. I think the overall product for the cost is a good value, especially for first-time homeowners. I would recommend KB Homes to new homebuyers looking for great value- However, don't expect too high-end of finishes within the home. We wish the carpenters would have been more concerned with the quality of the frames around the doors and baseboards. However, we appreciate the responsiveness of Alvaro to take care of things after we have closed on the house. The real gold star goes to Jared with KBHS Loans for seeing us through the finish line with our home loan process- we had a horrible loan officer for about 6 months and then got transferred to Jared and he made the process much more enjoyable and stress free. ... During construction, my husband and I delightfully witnessed a prepared pathway to our home and every home under construction. The home was regularly cleaned during construction. We visited other "high end" builders and was shocked to see the deplorable conditions of their construction environment. After move-in, we had some minor “adjustments” needed. We know problems may arise. It’s the way the problems are handled that makes the difference. The customer service team (Shelbi), has been quick to respond with good solutions. We are happy with our purchase.

KB team was great to work with, from choosing options at the design center, updates on progress of home from sales, working with lender for financing and the amazing construction team. Thank you KB Home!

Terrible experience. First home buyer been my dream to own a home and my dream was shattered. Multiple unresolved issues months since closing still till today. Very poor responsiveness from builders who is clearly overworked with too many houses. Will do my best to avoid kb homes in the future

Great communications with all departments!

We feel good about our purchase. Minor issues take time to resolve so be patient. Extremely happy with the home overall. KB personnel are extremely professional and shown a genuine care for our concerns.
