Kb homes are affordable compared to other builders in LV. They have beautiful floor plans and so far I’m enjoying my new home. My dream of finally buying home has come true.

Good experience buying from KB homes

We feel that the workmanship is not too good, because we can feel many nails on the edges of the carpets. so we use hammer to make the nails flat . and also the sliding door of the bathroom was not installed properly , but after moving it was fixed.

Handoff delays , takes about 45 days to fix any issues reported during close.

The product is according the price.

I had a wonderful experience with KB sale staff and loan processing. I just wished KB has better workmanship and materials. However, KB representative is willing to work out the issues and make sure it would be taken care of. Overall, I am happy with my new home. There are many more years to come. So I will have to wait and see.

We had a seamless experience with closing our new KB Home in Folsom Ranch. The KB home team was proactive in resolving our queries. They followed up from time to time to update on the status of requests and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the resolution. Would highly recommend KB Homes!

Buying a house to kbh over all is ok.

Every single person along the process was helpful. From the salesman, to financing, to contractor. The process was easy. Everyone worked with us. And even after we moved in everyone was still helpful.

Overall, the sales experience was a delight and I can't speak highly enough of Tanya and other members of the KB crew I have had dealings with. The floor plan is perfect for my needs and it's a wonderful area, neighborhood and neighbors. While I understand the current labor and supply issues have taken their toll and caused delays, there has been considerable post-signing lack of communication and getting issues resolved that - IMHO - shouldn't be that major of an issue. I keep hearing "we're working on it," "I'll get back to you." Yet they don't. Yada, yada, yada. My advice? Don't close until all is finished to your satisfaction. Otherwise it might be months before those literally minor but important issues that you have paid for are finally resolved. ... More

Smooth experience. Angelina was always quick to respond and treated us great. Trevor sent updated frequently, so we know the process every step of the way.

This was a struggle from beginning to the end! Terrible workmanship and finishing on the home. The caulking and paint job was so horrible, I’m having to call warranty office every week. I’ve already found a water leak in my kitchen within a month of moving in. My walls were cracking even before I moved in. The warranty rep for this communique has been great in responding to issues and making sure it is resolved as soon as possible but if I knew what I know now, I never would have purchased a home with KB. The construction team don’t care and they will lie their way through any questions. They are careless, and won’t own up or fix construction mistakes when you point it out. Never again! Generally speaking, the quality is rather good although there is still some small defects. The salesperson and other staffs are friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience from beginning through moving into new home, KB Homes made my dream come true of having my own home with affordable price and in prime location, quality of construction is A+ quality. Response to overall queries was very quick, Thankyou KB Homes.

Overall our experience was good. Saul was the best person to work with. He was so friendly and always keeping us in the loop. He became our friend through the process. We really loved him! Mark came a little late in the process however he did all he could to make sure we had our home Done as soon as possible. He was honest and always straight forward which we appreciated. We felt confident In our home building process with mark. He is awesome!
