Generally speaking, the quality is rather good although there is still some small defects. The salesperson and other staffs are friendly and helpful.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in?

It was a great experience from beginning through moving into new home, KB Homes made my dream come true of having my own home with affordable price and in prime location, quality of construction is A+ quality. Response to overall queries was very quick, Thankyou KB Homes.

Overall our experience was good. Saul was the best person to work with. He was so friendly and always keeping us in the loop. He became our friend through the process. We really loved him! Mark came a little late in the process however he did all he could to make sure we had our home Done as soon as possible. He was honest and always straight forward which we appreciated. We felt confident In our home building process with mark. He is awesome!

Take forever to have them come to fix stuff

He showed empathy and professionalism

was forced to pushed to close early for a whole month for no reason (other than looks good on their paper), while they were rushing to finish up the construction of the house. Had to wait for a whole month to get internet because the construction of the next door isn't completed.

Overall, I had a good experience with KB. Patience is key with new builders right now. Upgrades are pretty pricey, I wish we would’ve shopped around a little bit. But they’ve done a pretty good job at responding if there’s an issue which is very appreciated.

The grass of the house arrived dead and stayed dead. I have several cracks in the walls. The water filter for my house has not yet been delivered

Mortgage team, salesman &. Warranty specialist are good but as a home buyer I am not satisfied with KBHome because builder did not provided BASIC facilities in the house like, GUTTERS, SOFTNER LOOP, SPRINKLERS atleast BLINDS.

Duc was an amazing sales person to work with and made the whole process seeming less for my wife and I to buy our home

Unfortunately the entire experience was not what we were expecting. From the time we signed the contract to closing it felt at most times pulling teeth from construction to know about the status of our home. They would not commit to any estimate closing dates even though our sales coordinator and finance told us they can see on reports of one. When we got closer to closing, our superintendent of construction did not inform us until the day before closing that he was not going to have about 7 things ready in the home until after closing. (Shower enclosure, cabinet handles, window screens, closet shelfs, etc..) This was the same day that our kitchen counters were just being installed and he didnt have us walk through the kitchen for us to see that the switch for the sink garbage disposal was too high that the switch was hitting the sink that would not allow the switch to turn on the disposal. On the day of the closing, we were hoping to go our home as ready as it can be to only find out that the wntire home was not cleaned and found more issues with the home. We learned that the water heater was leaking, the entry garage door that connected the home to the garage was not installed correctly that doesnt properly closes the door (we later learned that the door frame was installed badly), and the electric wire in the master bedroom was crossed that would not allow a light fixture to go off when flipping the switches. When all of this was reported to the superintendent of construction, it felt like it went no where. We were exhausted after this entire process and sad to say we now have to do the work ourselves to ensure things are done right! KB Home was great in helping me choose my new home. They made the process streamlined and easy. They set up appointments for me to help me design my home. They communicated well and even after closing and moving in, they stayed in touch to make sure everything was working smoothly. Joseph Monreal went above and beyond to make sure I was settled and was available for any questions. When I realized there were some slight maintenance issues, Joseph made sure to get in touch with the right contractors to help fix the problem right away. I am tremendously satisfied with the experience of having bought a house in Mirabella, from KB Homes. The experience in the purchase process, guided by Sergio Mogollón, was essential to decide on the house. After buying, the attention was even better. The after-sales service offered by Kerlyn Marcelino is unmatched. Kerlyn makes you feel like part of a family. He shares his personal cell phone with you and lets you know that he will be there to solve any question or problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If he cannot answer you, he will let you know by SMS and will call you back to resolve any concerns. 1. I signed for a closing date of august 31st . I booked flifght and car ( I am a canadian resident ) at the last momemnt I heard that the AC has not been delivered so I cannot occupy the appartment. I paid around 900 $ for hotel during my stay . Ingrid tried to help me for reimbursment but I did not get any response. 2. There were some scratch for the painting, I asked the manager to fix this and did not get any response. 3. I was suppose to get a new AC remote control but nothing has been done. 4. My Car spot is used by contractors and is very dirty. 5. There is some issue with the painting , everytime we touch the wall a scratch appear. ... More

Trust KB Home, transparent and they have good customer service.

The home was delayed due to inventory shortages, we closed after 14 months of signing the home. After all this, I wished the quality is better. The floor makes sounds all over the home while walking. I have scratched windows and cracked windows, but still don't have any ETA on when that'll be fixed.

Upgraded appliance not included,

Took a little while, but my punch list of items to fix after I moved in was addressed except for one issue which is still being worked on. I'm very happy with my new house!

Everything turned out better than expected.

Overall good experience. Happy with our home. Noticed a few areas as far as craftsmanship during some of our personal changes that could have been done better or appeared to have been covered since it “would not be seen” type of coverup but otherwise not dissatisfied. Sales and loan experience were excellent and needs after the fact have been quick and responsive
