Very good company to work with and they build very nice neighborhoods to live in.

I called about some items that needed to be fixed, and I got a response the same day. We set a time, and the work was done.

We did our research on builders in Central Florida and couldn't be more please with our selection of KB Home. They aren't the cheapest, but we fell like we got what you paid for. This is our forever home and we wanted to ensure we were picking a builder that we could feel comfortable with the quality of the workmanship. After move in, they've been quick to come address small issues that have creeped up (stuck door, paint and caulk touch-ups, etc). Very pleased after 6 weeks in.

We had an amazing experience working with the sales team and building team for our new KB Home. Carina and Anthony (sales team) were so attentive and kept us up to date on everything especially during all the new norms related to Covid-19. They were always checking in to see how we were doing along the way and made us feel like family. They were so sweet and always got back to us quick or would let us know they needed to get that information and would come back to us. Brian (building superintendent) has been INCREDIBLE! He has helped us along the way while we were waiting for our house to be finished and kept us up to date the whole time. Now that we are moved in, he always asks us how we are doing and helps us with everything he can. He is super responsive and attentive and truly cares for his clients.
