Sharlin is great to work with and helped me at all the time. I can buy another property in a year or 2 and can recommend to my buyers as well.

The quality and workmanship building my home was rushed. There were so many cosmetic issues that needed to be cured after move in. The garage door button on the wall was not working due to electrical wiring issues. The first floor bath shower wall had deep scratches, and the ceramic sink had Grey spots embedded in the sink which was a defect. First floor front entrance door, the fire door to garage, and the first floor bath door needed adjustments,. The kitchen cabinet doors had gaps needed adjustments, and they forgot to install the bottom Molding to the cabinets. Missing closet Door handle Plates, the strike plate on the laundry door casing issue, and the White cap on the 2nd floor bedroom Closer door stopper for the bedroom closet door above the garage. First floor window latch was loose, large drywall cracks in my kitchen ceiling, and master bedroom ceiling from the air vent. Bedroom and bathroom door finish Was painted over due to scratches, and golf size dips in the wall. The builder warranty rep was quick to schedule dates and increments for vendors to come out to the house to cure the issues. Overall it’s a good home, and they were very responsive to my issues. ... I truly appreciate Tonya, Jason, and Marco that went above and beyond to help me with a smooth and amazing experience purchasing a new KB Home. It's been almost two month I have no dryer the replacement they brought doesn't work. The hot water was working fine when we moved inn and it completely stopped working i was told they missed a part and they will fix it. It is still not fixed. I am now told to move out and get a hotel. All this with two kids. I am not even adding a whole wrong instalation of all the bars that is still not fixed and a shower glass not in place.....to say the least I didn't expect this from KB homes.

Just your typical new low budget but high price tag new construction builder. Corners were cut in order to get to next house. It appears that some processes were done by unskilled workers because the end result looks unfinished unprofessionally done. Overall decent house but could have been better considering the price.

Service after the sale has been disappointing at best!

Our experience was great Both John’s were very attentive and fast with responses. They sent pictures every week Also just as responsive after the close

The three people above are the ones I mostly dealt with throughout the purchasing process and after closing. They were all professional, responsive, friendly and helpful, making the purchase comfortable and stress free. I definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone in the market for a new home.

Delayed delivery due to negligence and no proper communication; had to struggle for a month

JODIE HILL SELLER AGENT IS VERY QUICK ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND SHE IS VERY NICE PERSON EASY TO DEAL WITH LEONARDO SUPERVISOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION HE IS EXCELLENT. HE SHOWS HE CARE WHAT HE DOES FOR OUR HOMES.NEVER HAVE ISSUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. ONE OF THE BREAKER FOR BEHIND REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING . IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Our house did not have the upgrades we selected at the studio. We realized that only after closing. They haven't fixed it yet and is delayed for ever. Rest everything is good so far.

Our KB home experience was terrible. From the sales team, to the finishing touches on our new home, our overall experience was one of the worst. Our sales rep showed little to no support or effort during our building process. Her knowledge of timelines and the overall process was lacking. Our Head contractor and Lender were awesome. However, since we have moved in, the individual in charge of repairs has done little to nothing, and we have had to hound him just to get fixes completed. (To little prevail) We have sent in many requests to have our complaints addressed, but KB home has not rendered any solution. We absolutely do not recommend buying from KB home. ... More

I’m ver satisfied with Kb homes with the whole team from the agent all the way to the loan officer. They call or email me once a week about the progress of the house and my loan. They are very professional and they worked with you as a team.
