My wife and I can truly say our experience purchasing our lot and building our house was truly amazing. From the upgrade and design to the building process we were weekly updated . Upon completion we were signed off by John and he was so patient. There are minor issues but Rob our concierge always come to the rescue. Our sales headed by Dale and Courtney plus Mitch , Rodrigo and John saw to it that all our requests were given attention. The loans officer , Jim tried his best . Overall experience , we give them 5 Stars . Thank you KB Homes for bringing our dream house into reality.

My wife and I had a great time picking out the specific interiors for the home. We couldn’t wait to move in and now that we have moved in we love living in this area.

The layout of the home is wonderful. Wide open space. The finish carpentry was sub-standard but Robert was on top of it and had the problems resolved. I wish there were more options at the design center for light fixtures.

In my role as Building Asset and Acquisition Manager at Community Home Trust, I work with Site Superintendents for newly constructed homes that are being added to our inventory. We are very appreciative of the partnership with KB Homes at both Stanat Place and Bridgepoint developments.

The whole process went pretty smoothly, and we’re very happy. There are some minor issue with the house after the closing, and it’s been taking long to solve them.

I loved my home buying experience with KB, right from Sales to Design Center to Construction updates and closing, everything was seamless and meticulous. It is well worth the investment. The only recommendation I have is to match the home price with current market price and the price of similar homes being sold in the community

I submitted to HOA for approval of fencing the first week of May. It is the first week of July and I’m told it will be up to another 45 days for a decision. This is unacceptably. It appears the HOA management company, AAM is not here to help And support the buyer but is here to “CONTROL” the buyer. It spoils an otherwise beautiful experience

Moving in i had little stuff to be fixed here and there but still love the house,

The customization was great, the other buiulders were not offering that option. We got to add or subtract everything we wanted. No package upsells. The options were great, there could have been a few more, and the cost of some of the upgrades were priced a little too high for us. We did them after close for cheaper. But the attention to detail we had with our Superintendent and the Sales staff the KB realtor was one of a kind and really made this experience amazing for us. The home is beautiful we are in love with it! we kept remembering that every builder uses the same crews to build their homes, the same roofers, stucko, etc. so every house is built by the same people. We love our new home and thankful that it worked out. Everyone was helpful through the process and shout out to Brielle for looking out for us and being so attentive. We had a very bad experience with another builder and when we walked away from that, we were blessed to find KB Homes. The experience was totally different and very good. We are so thankful that we chose KB Homes!
