Everyone that I got in contact with was polite, quick to meet my needs, and they even checked back on me

Pros: very good location and construction is good. Cons: after closing there should be a one connect from KB homes about next mandatory steps. At group monthly closing buyers and explain post closing activities

John and Beth were great through out the purchase process. It was that helped us with the purchase of both properties at Qail Cove, John also followed up weekly with progress reports and pictures of both properties from the ground up to completion and closing of the properties. My brother and I really appreciated his help when ever we had a question.

The entire experience of dealing with KB homes staff who we dealt with in purchasing the home has been exceptional. The only negative was with the title company which required us to have to wait for two hours for the funds to be received after we signed all of the required closing documents.

From beginning to end, all of our experiences with each KB employee has been spectacular. In a world where customer experience has absolutely plummeted, KB Homes has maintained excellence. As a first time homebuyer, this made the experience much easier than all of the tall tales we had been told. From sales to warranty, everyone has been top notch!

We had a great experience buying our new home. The sales and support staff was helpful, friendly, and always kept us updated. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The house is well-built and exactly what we hoped for. We are happy and would definitely recommend KB Homes to others.

KB Builders were amazing thru the building of our brand new house. Step by step and pictures every week of the progress. It gave us the excitement and trust that they were doing a good job. We are very happy with the house and hope to be for the next 30 years to come!

Our build was set to be completed basically the date of KB Homes fiscal year, so they rushed to complete to get their numbers. A lot of the quality in the home is honestly rather subpar and shouldn't have been allowed. For instance, our door handle is crooked and missing screws, one of our doors is missing a hinge pin, our windows are installed weird, a couple of our pieces of drywall seem angled. KB Homes did a generally fine job, but there is definitely evidence that they were severely rushing the job.

We moved in to our new condominium recently and it has been a warmth of solace which KB home has provided. Our minor concerns have been addressed structurally speaking, and grateful for the extra attention rendered to make it worthwhile living. Thank you KB for the beautiful experience.

I am really enjoyed working with my loan advisor and sales representative. They were both quick to answer all of my questions and really made sure this process was smooth for me.

The experience has been stellar. The buying experience was the best. The craftsmanship of some of the build could be better. But that’s to be expected with such a fast growing community. All in all our issues are being taken care of by Anthony, and our Sales rep Kathy was awesome. So far loving it.

I would say the highlight of my home buying experience was dealing with your staff of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. They helped me immensely in special ordering the home the way I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile for me in having my home built the way I wanted. They also followed up after I moved in to make sure I was happy with my new home. I would highly recommend the staff I dealt with. They’re great! Job well done!
