The whole team is great

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were amazed at the options at the design studio and the pricing was great. Mark, the contractor, was great explaining everything to us during the build. We would recommend KB to anyone and would definitely buy one again

the communication involved was wonderful, every question/concern I had was handled very professionally and I was updated on the progress of my home at least once a week. Multiple people were involved in this process and it helped a lot! This is my first new build and I did not know what to expect but I have seen others get new builds elsewhere and it was far less stressful than they made it seem.

Everybody on the KB Home team was very friendly and responsive. My house was completed on time, as promised, and I love my new home. I highly recommend KB Homes.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. At no point have I ever felt pressured or stressed out. After you move in they actually come by the check if everything is okay. They wave when I drive down the street. Once you buy a KB home you really will feel like KB family. It’s weird but true.

We first spoke with Sherrilyn, she was extremely knowledgeable and made buying a home easy. She gave us a great first tour of the homes and was very personal and was great to work with. It was an awesome experience to speak and work with the supervisor Daniel as he was very interested in making sure we knew he was there for us in any situation. Daniel continues to check in with us for any issues. We had a small water leak in the garage from the hot water heater and as soon as we found it and called Daniel, he had the leak fixed and the sheet rock around it replaced within 24 hours.
