The KB team (from the sales office, to the showroom, to the superintendent, and more) were an absolute joy to work with. Everyone listened carefully to our wants and needs to be sure we got everything we needed and a few extras we wanted, without going over our budget. We are over the moon with the final product. Hoping this will be our forever home, but would gladly work with KB again if we ever decided on a new location.

Buying a home is definitely a stressful time and everyone at KB helped us not feel that way. They spoke with us every other day assisting us move along in the process.

Gary was great at help ng lead the contractors to do a better job. The end results was a better home.

Our first time buying a new construction, and very happy. KB provided weekly updates on construction, and a frame walkthrough to see what is behind the walls. It was a very unique experience. Also go to choose certain options. WIsh there were more, but we're generally happy with the choices available. No loan process since we paid cash. Everything went fairly smooth all the way to closing. Workmanship was generally very good. Customer service has been great as all issues discovered after closing were quickly resolved.

Great experience overall but oversite over the builders workmanship needs to be improved.

Overall it was a pretty positive experience. We had a few bumps but KB worked with us to resolve the issues and we are very happy with our new home!

From the second I was introduced to the team and was shown properties I felt welcomed and supported. I love the style of my home and the high quality items with it

Long process but helpful hands make it easier

Westley was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and kind. Financial part was stressful but now it’s done and glad it’s over. The house overall is great. Love the layout and neighborhood. We are about 2 months into living in the house and still haven’t had some issues addressed that we’re acknowledged in walk through. Hoping to get them taken care of soon.

We didn’t have any problems buying

It was a roller coaster ride of back and forth but in a good way!! Overall experience with the team was great. Thanks to the whole team for making the experience wonderful.

Our experience with KB has been excellent, the salesperson Nancy was attentive with our real estate agent when she needed to be, KB was very accomodating to us once we were in contract as far as access to the home. Melissa the Project Manager has been very communicative & attentive with addressing issues prior to and after the closing. I recommend this builder everyday.

Kb Home’s employees have great customer service

My sales associate Wendy was such a sweetheart. I genuinely felt like she had my best interest at heart. She went over and beyond for me and my family. She was answering my questions even on her days off. She went the extra mile to get me into the home with the bigger lot at a lower price point. When I had any issues she made me feel heard and validated. There was transparency throughout the process of buying our new home. Every word promised was kept from the builder to the lender. As with any home buying experience, it can be very stressful and the KB team was extremely patient and understanding. I had some initial issues with the first lender representative they paired me with. They quickly assigned me another agent that was able to thoroughly answer my questions and address all my concerns. Juan was exceptional. I am an over thinker and I’m sure I drove him insane, but he remained respectful and professional explaining in detail certain loan details that I did not understand. The craftsmendship is the best I’ve seen. I shopped around and looked at other builders final home builds, and KBs quality surpassed all others. KBs customer service after purchase is amazing as well. I’ve had no issues reporting small issues and getting the issues resolved within a day or two. They are prompt and the reps they send out are friendly and professional. As with any builder, they have a lot of homes to get through so There’s always room for improvement with the quality of work being done on the homes. The finishing on the brand new tubs they installed were cracked in multiple places. The finish appeared scratched and scuffed. They have someone coming out to refinish the tub, but it’s still a place for initial improvement. The carpet was lifting and nails or staples were poking our feet when we moved in. Again, KB remediated the issue quickly, but the over all quality of the carpet/vinyl flooring install wasn’t the greatest. I had to scrape paint off the vinyl flooring and the base boards were poor quality. They had tons of dents and bumps. But I’m sure the average person wouldn’t have noticed. Smooth and easy process. KB had a step by step plan and provided updates along the way, The build was completed sooner than I expected and could not be more happier.
