Good and quick response. I am satisfied with the house

This is my second house with Kb and always a good experience over all

We saw the houses, we started the process and we were closing within 6 weeks. It was a speedy process and the team was very responsive.

Brandon goes above n beyond. He is a what makes KB sell homes very smooth n helpful. Daniel rocks, is very helpful even after the build of the home makes contact to be helpful thank you.

This was such a great experience for our family! We were guided from foundation up until the complete construction of our home. This was an exceptional experience as a first time home buyer!

Overall, I am happy with my new home. I am disappointed with the inconsistent communication with the warranty department. I was supposed to meet my rep after a month It's been almost 2 months and still not scheduled. The workmanship is a bit disappointing. I have two walls that are bowed. couple drywall returns around the windows were crooked and had to be fixed. I have a broken kitchen drawer and it feels like attention to detail was ignored. My Superintendent has been great! He's the reason I scored KB as high as I did. He fixed quite a bit that warranty should have handled. It would be beneficial for any homebuyers, to include first time homebuyers to be provided a warranty packets, so that they know what type of information, and what things they need to register their stuff that requires a warranty

We had a wonderful experience in our community with our sales team, and construction team. I hear your experience really depends on these teams. If you ever get Braxton, Jason, Diane or Lindsay you are in excellent hands. Our Superintendents stayed on top of the crews to put together a quality, and sturdy home. The home is incredibly well insulated, and blocks out external noise very effectively. This is likely because of the Energy Star certification. Since it's a new construction, you need to set your expectations appropriately: no home is perfect. There will be minor flaws and imperfections. You could spend millions on a completely custom home and still wind up with imperfections and things that were done weird. But you can focus on the big things (e.g. concrete, electrical, plumbing, the guts of the house, etc) and ask questions about the little things (e.g. Should the transfer grill rattle when closing the door? Does the grout get sealed?). We are very happy with our home! It was a great experience building with KB Home, and we look forward to raising our family in this beautiful home. ... More

ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FLAWLESS FROM START TO FINISH

Overall, this was a great experience for a first time buyer. Only thing that could have been better is more effective communication from the customer service team about signed forms. They dropped the ball there. But the build is great and they’ve fixed any issues quickly.

Our sales Rep Ann was absolutely amazing! She is always there to answer questions and always provided weekly updates. Jon and Leah the PMs were awesome they provided weekly updates and helpful tips and were very knowledgeable. This KB team at the Hills is an All Star team!

Overall great experience. Well, there were a few defects that were addressed within a month with excellent quality. So, great job there! That's why I'm totally satisfied with that. Though, the fence issue is something that a bit strange where part of my fence was changed AFTER I moved in and it cannot be addressed for about 2 months... That's the only strange thing

The KB home studio in San Antonio was the most exciting process of building my home, I got to customize my home which sets KB home home builders apart from other builders building in their price range

Our experience with KB homes, for the most part, was pretty seamless. From the sales office to the construction to the loan department, we had no issues with communication and responsiveness. We had a few post-build electrical and installation issues arise, but our builder, Ray, was extremely helpful with obtaining resolutions effectively and efficiently. We are thankful that both him, and Isabeau, were able to resolve any issues, questions and concerns that have come up since.

The Sales Representative was excellent. The Loan representative was excellent. Most of personal that I met was very good. They keep their word on making sure the work they promise got done.

From the onset of the home buying journey, the KB Home staff were very encouraging and supportive. They helped link me with a mortgage lender that was suited to my peculiar needs. They communicated well, and were very professional. Many of the staff went out of the way to be supportive. Kudos to Greg, Ron and Ash

The home buying experience from the beginning to end was great. Everyone is so knowledgeable they kept us updated step by step. Made it a memorable moment for us!

Very Disappointed with not allowing to lock the mortgage rate without selecting the options at KB Studio though we have paid separately for the options which left me paying 2.5% more interest which is a lot. It looks foolish to hold since KB is charging customers for options upfront. House construction quality looks good. Thanks to the construction manager Ray for his timely updates and fixing minor issues in a timely manner. Insulation seems to be low causing hearing TV sound and garage door opening or closing sounds in most of the rooms.
