Everyone was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I was never left wondering what was happening or misinformed.

I have bought homes through Quadrant, Oakridge, and KB Homes. KB Homes was by far a smooth, simple, straight forward process from start to finish. They truly focus on the customer and making sure everything is done to top quality. It was exceptional and I was always impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from KB Homes!

Process was quick and overall please with the home construction. Just be weary if a new home build starts next to yours... Workers are not tidy and having alot of people around all the time that you have to pickup after... Plus regular porta potty s that get used frequently next to your home. Probably would have chosen a more developed area for next time.

We were able to make a lot of selections. Take your time making selections, and go all in on lighting options.

The whole process was much easier than I thought it would. Elaine, my sales person, was so awesome. Jeff, my loan processor, was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Logan is incredible to work with for our aftercare. She makes getting things fixed a breeze.

Life happens and I had to sell my previous KB home (Kauffman & Broad back then) of almost 26 years. So now, the hunt for a new home began. I visited 3 other builders and found myself coming back to KB. Thenchoices and options outnumbered the competition and not to mention the quality of build. It's unfortunate the housing market was so hot that I overpaid for the size of house I purchased, however it was what it was. Ultimately I'm happy and hope that the rest of my neighborhood remains nice.

Outstanding experience, the KB Homes team worked tirelessly to make this possible! The support, guidance, and assistance they provided me was above and beyond what would have be normally expected. I have some honorable mentions that must be singled out for their exemplary dedication and outstanding customer service…. To Susan, she was my initial contact with KB Homes, which not only helped me select the model I now call my forever home, she also stood by my family throughout the entire process, and even after we moved in to our home, she still keeps in contact to make sure we are doing ok. To Doug, who guided me through the monumental task of providing the proper documentation to satisfy the requirements needed to qualify for a KB Home, to Jacki, the numbers guru who made sure everything was in order with the loan, and finally to Don, who made sure that everything in my house was up to par, and made necessary corrections on requesting. He consistent checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The home buying experience was made very easy!! The Sales team was very informative about the technology of the house and house building processes. They made me feel like this community and home was a great fit. The loan process was very smooth! Loan officer did a phenomenal job explaining everything and answered all my questions. They made the process very easy. I always thought it would be a difficult process to buy a home, but they showed me that it was not. The sales and construction teams were constantly in touch with us through weekly construction updates.Even after closing, the construction team was constantly in touch with us and fixed any issues we faced.Overall it was a good experience and good team.

I like my home.

Overall we were happy with our home and a lot of the issues that came up were handled. However there were moments of lack of communication and delayed execution with our inspector. Issues that came up before our 30 days with Tyler have still not been handled. We remain optimistic that they will get fixed. Overall we rate the experience a 9/10.

Words is not enough to be grateful of this entire process in purchasing a new home with KB. It was a great experience because of these three wonderful trustworthy friendly compassionate men. they all became a friend to me along the process. Bill the realtor was incredible.He never cease to update me sending pics of the construction. He quickly respond to my phone calls and texts. personal attention support and assistance is well appreciated. This was my first newly built home and really do not know what to expect but he clears everything and always there for my best interest.I contribute my non stress journey to him as well.He is not just a realtor but became a trustworthy friend.I will surely miss him esp when questions will still come up just because he was always there. My loan officer Bill is doing all my best interest as well. He is very knowledgeable about the market trustworthy that you built confidence in an instant.He provides me with clarity and reassurance along the process. At first I was working on two loan officer the other was a church mate and gave me a wrong advice to apply near closing g escrow sure enough it was 2 percent more so glad I listened to Bill to locked the interest rate. He is Knowledgeable.He gives me the best counsel in the process. My loan officer is a good fit responded and communicates well throughout the process. He was on a vacation endorsed me to another officer but still on the loop grateful for his consistent care and concern for me. The whole process is smooth from the onset to finish, I feel like I have a friend who favored me. Craig as well is incredible.He become like a family to me always there catering for my needs and never ending questions.I am not a high tech person but he demonstrated all the smart features switches showing me where they are the insulation humidifier switches.So hardworking visible building superintendent. Goes beyond his tasks for us. He delegate tasks in a timely manner whenever something need to be done on the finishing touches carpentry electricity etc He is very visible supportive caring and engaging. About the quality overall is good.Just need tweaking on the finishing touches My home needed some minor carpentry repairs painting electrical fixing but that’s why there’s warranty. Has to share there was a dead mice on the front door and inside on one of the bedrooms. Hoping there won’t be more.. ... More

I don’t have much to say but I’m happy for the house

It was a great experience working with KB on our home. I thought the mock up was all marketing fluff but it came out exactly as depicted. With anything in construction, there’s contracting and working with other companies. Any minor issues we experienced was mostly due to this. KB Homes has a supervisor specifically for your home to make sure everything goes according to plan. When issues crop up, they’re right there on the spot looking for a solution. We were given weekly updates and it was the coolest thing to see our home be built. 100% recommended!

Overall positive but lending side needs improvements
