Great people and service.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had. The weekly calls were so nice to have every step of the way from building to closing. We’d definitely build with KB again in the future but hoping to not move again.

I LOVE my KB Home! This is the third home I've owned, but my first new construction. I was always a little wary of what that process would be like, afraid that home builders may not be worried about looking out for my needs. Working with KB Homes couldn't have been further from the that very wrong assumption. The entire process was so easy and the sales team consistently communicated with me, making my move into the home seamless. Once I moved in, the house has been amazing and the KB team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I've had.

From start to finish all staff at KB were very friendly, knowledgeable, and will always answer any questions and concerns that homebuyers would naturally have. The quality of the home build got the highest praises from my agent and 3rd party inspectors I had come to the property. After moving in any damages, issues, will be addresses by KB promptly and professionally as well provided that the issues were not directly caused by occupants intentionally. Highly recommend people looking to consider KB homes!

We looked at all the new homes in the areas and cities surrounding where we wanted to move, and found KB Homes the BEST quality standard builder by far. From the loan process to moving in, they worked with us, and our needs and budget. We loved that we could go to the design center and pick out so many items and "customize" the interior of our home! The design team was wonderful to work with! We upgraded almost everything as we wanted to have our new home ready when we moved in. (Do upgrade your medicine cabinets . . . the standard ones are very cheap.) The follow-up after we moved in was amazing and much better than we've had with other new home builder companies! Everything we upgraded has been exceptional quality and workmanship! We love the upgraded sensor light switches, outdoor lights and bathroom fans. And the tankless water heater saves so much time and water! (But increasing the water temp. can be interesting.) The only things we have had a few problems with have been a couple of the standard items we didn't upgrade. Our main problem was the thermostat. We couldn't get it to work no matter what we did! KB Homes graciously agreed to replace the one that comes standard with the home for one we like and reimburse us for the cost! You can't get better than that! We are very happy with our new KB home! The entire home buying process has been wonderful and we have worked with such great people! Phillip was wonderful to work with and communicated with us on everything we needed to know, even going above and beyond in making us feel welcomed into the community! Then KC helped us feel comfortable in our home with a wonderful orientation and made sure everything was ready for our move in. Since then we have been working with Zachary on any warenty issue (small little things here and there) and he has been extremely attentive and quick to get the issues resolved immediately. make sure you have a sales representative that is eager to know your wants and needs. Ours kept us informed every step of the way. You can usually tell if its a good fit. He made our experience easier than our previous home buying experience, no pressure.

One of the smoothest and satisfactory experiences in home buying I have experienced. Working with an in-house agent really makes a difference during the processes especially with new homes. The homes speak for themselves but the builder is what makes the process so great. Throughout each step you feel as of you get the support and response you want. Most importantly I fealt the support post close was superb. All my questions and needs were met in a timely manner.
