Kb was a great experience for us first time homeowners

Best price/value ratio and KBH has responded for the construction QA issues.

Everyone from the sales offices to Kyle have been great. They have helped with any questions and needs throughout the process. Even when after closing Kyle has been a text away.

Overall experience was painless because we paid cash and didn’t go through the process of mortgage application. Although there are issues with new home construction, major or minor, we expect it will be resolved in due time. Some issues were resolved quickly which we appreciate. KB personnel we dealt with, were quick to update, and responded with ease . I commend KB with their professionalism and knowledgeable experience. Thank you, KB Homes!

Everyone mentioned above has done a great job and continued to follow up after closing as well. Tony has been great with following up with me with any issues, and was punctual with his appointments for anything that needed to be looked at. He did a good job keeping his word and maintaining his integrity to us when anything came up with the house. I do hope he continues to follow up with me even now that we have closed. Camille was great as well. She did her best to keep us informed with updates on the house. While she did her job very well, I hope she continues to follow up with her buyers even after they move in. Other than that, she was very informative and honest with us, and that’s all we could’ve asked for at the end of the day. My overall home buying experience was great. I had direct contact with builders representatives and sales representatives. They always responded to my questions with a positive attitude. The builders team was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

Our Sales Rep & Superintendent were PHENOMENAL. They were both very responsive, worked with us as best they could within whatever limitations were present and kept us in the loop at all stages.

I purchased my new KB Home in March 2023. The process was very easy, simple, efficient and worry-free. Since I didn't have the opportunity to personalize my home it was everything that I wanted and more. Any minor snafus that occurred was rectified quickly and efficiently. How can you beat a 10-year warranty on a KB Home? It's unheard of these days.

We have had a great experience with KB homes. Have not turned in any warranty work yet and hoping to have good results with that as well. Staff have all been very friendly and professional. Gave responsiveness to issues a 4 because we have not turned in any issues yet and trust it will go well.

I have never thought of purchasing a KH Home for myself. I work in the real estate industry and have heard a lot about how KH homes being built with lower quality, cheap and required a lot of upgrades. Knowing this, but a few things that interested me about KB homes was the community is big, mostly located in good convenience location, house square foot are large, allow buyers to chose structural and interior design upgrades that must of the average builders don’t allow especially during the Covid19 time. I have chosen a lot and a one story plan building it from scratch. Overall the building process took 8-9 months which I was expected and told by the builder. Went to select option upgrades and our house turn out very nice the way we imagined it was going to. We did find a few problems with the AC leakage, and a few other small issues after moved in, but KB has a wonderful warranty team, the warranty manager who scheduled appts and managed the vendors to come out and repaired all of the items we called out within the first two weeks after we moved in. Overall, it was a great experience and I do recommend buyers to look into buy KB homes today and plan to spend $40-$60k+ upgrade to make your house looks really nice on top of the base price given (was still great and average cost per sqt) to start. ... Material used are good but not the best. Workmanship is great. Sale's team is super.

There was a faulty smoke alarm system installed which eventually was replaced but I had to put up with it going off approximately every 5 hours during the day and night. I did contact the construction staff early into the problem but it took about 3 weeks to get it resolved. I still have another issue regarding a possible ceiling leak in the kitchen area which has not been taken care of.

I will say getting in contact with Susan and the other ladies was awesome! They were very helpful and responsive. Whenever I had an issue I knew I could give her a call and the team would help right away. I will say the house itself is great, there were a few hiccups on the building of the home. Overall experience was great!

Great people and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the whole process very much. It was a real pleasure to plan our next adventure in Palm Coast.

Enjoyed Kb homes as each saleperson, builder, superintendent were wonderful as all have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.

Killeen great response on some of the work and touch ups

The home buying experience was so easy and pleasant thanks to Malissa. She was available at all times an even responded on her days off! She went above and beyond to help out in any way, and reached out to her resources to assist as needed. Scott and team were excellent as well, very responsive to our concerns and quick to get items resolved. Very professional too.

Purchasing any new home is a bit challenging - from financing to final walk through - its just part of the process. Yet overall, things went smoothly. I like the layout and the price I paid for the home. Overall - excellent.
