Best home builder for the money. Workmanship is much better than competitors. Floor plans could be a little more thought out, but I’ll take quality over a few sq ft that could have been used differently.

From the ground up this was a great experience, we had built a home in Henderson Nevada and this was much more smooth. I would highly recommend using KB and am extremely glad that we made the choice!

Rick and Laura are the two people I was in contact with throughout the entirety of the process all the way from the loan process, information on the neighborhood, and lastly the build. They were great and answered all my question in a very detailed and were also very prompt to responding to all my questions. I would gladly recommend KB homes to my friends and family.

The whole process from sales (Bobby - awesome) to fixing stuff after moving in (Andre - fantastic) was pretty seamless. Everyone has been helpful and quick to respond when we’ve had a question or issue.

Enjoy the progress of your home and ask questions as it is being built. Splurge on a few extras. The finished product KB Home delivers is worth the wait. Hector our Salesman & Greg the Construction manager were great to work with start to finish. We have 2 concerns for KB. 1) your painters are subpar. We had to really push to get them to cover all their missed areas. I strongly recommend you get a new company to protect your reputation. 2) Keep a dumpster, broom, and dust pan around for the framers & sheet rock crew to clean up at the end of each day. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase of our new construction with KB Homes. Throughout the entire process we were kept in the loop with the construction superintendent, the sales team, and those involved in the loan process. Everyone was responsive and had all our questions answered promptly. Since moving in there have been a few flaws which was to be expected, and they all have been addressed in a timely manner. Overall we are very pleased and glad we chose KB Homes to call home!
