First time home buyer with KB Homes. Good quality homes for the popular developing area. The responsiveness to issues needs some attention; especially when assigned to contractor for repairs.

Everyone went above and beyond answering questions and repairing items that were of concern. Thank you so much to the construction team for being available when needed and easing our worries and stress levels.

We enjoyed working with each KBHome staff who helped us from purchase to move-in: sales, options, financing, construction and move in. If I ever buy another new home it will be with KBHomes! Thanks

Valerie in the sales office is wonderful. She is always helpful, researched if there was a question and was so responsive.

Overall it was a memorable and happy experience.

I really did enjoy our entire home buying experience. Everything from the sales, financing, contractor, and believe it or not, even the closing process. The area we chose is very peaceful and quiet, we love the scene driving to and from work. The home elevations are very beautiful and the floor plans are awesome and very functional. The reason I gave 4 stars for quality it is not because of the materials used, it is simply because it just seems that towards the end, things were done in a rush and there's a lot of areas that could've used more attention and detail. Just makes it look like you're not the first person to live in the home. Not something you want as a first time homebuyer. Hoping that it is nothing a few touch ups can't fix. It’s been great experience starting with the loan process staff members and customer service home materials are what are expected as what you choose overall I’m very satisfied with KB Homes purchase

Process was easy, but having a hard time to get someone to come out and fix or correct issues when I get out from work. No one is willing to help other than Monday- Friday 8 am-4pm. Which is usually the same time I have to work.

Sales Brad, great to work with. Walkthrough, Ryan was excellent and really wanted to deliver the new home in perfect. Condition. Warranty, Heather was very responsive and helpful. Just about the only negatives were more related to the home plan and landscaping. 3 car garage is tiny, really a 2 1/2 car. Also. It's ridiculous not to have a side yard access door from the garage. I would have rather received a credit for landscaping rather than have the bare bones job as installed by the builder. We tore about half of the provided landscaping out. While buying a home is stressful KBHS has been very receptive with minor repairs. Good folks and beautiful home.

The house is amazing, there are a few things to be fix but the crews fix them asap.

Really great energy efficiency which I’m very happy with. Not in love with the included appliances, and there are some issues with workmanship, but I am relatively certain it will get taken care of. The buying process was painless and quick.

Great service and help along my journey to new home ownership was great with these group on KB Team members! I truly appreciate all yall have done. Every time I have called them, they help in a timely and professional manner, and that goes a long way with me. Thank you all!!

JODIE HILL SELLER AGENT IS VERY QUICK ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND SHE IS VERY NICE PERSON EASY TO DEAL WITH LEONARDO SUPERVISOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION HE IS EXCELLENT. HE SHOWS HE CARE WHAT HE DOES FOR OUR HOMES.NEVER HAVE ISSUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. ONE OF THE BREAKER FOR BEHIND REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING . IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

My KB homes experience was a great. Carmen & Ilya was an awesome pair to work with. They provided me with weekly updated on the building process. Anytime I called for problems that occurred; they was definity on point on how to resolve & don't stress. I have no regrets for selecting KB homes as my builder.

I had a good experience purchasing my home with KB.

The sales team was amazing and helped us every step of the way. There were a handful of quality issues, such as missing medicine cabinets and countertops having a rough residue on them. But overall, very happy with how things are getting resolved

I am very happy with my new home by KB homes. From Susan the realtor to Corey and Sabina at the loan office I had a great experience.

First of all I send kudos to Frankie and Lionel, my loan mortgage team. Amid the rising internet rates I was still able to lock in a 15 year mortgage below the average rate available at closing time. Tommy, the Willow View construction manager, was fantastic! He responded very quickly to any move-in issues. They are an awesome team!

Seems we've had a few issues with this house unlike our other house though as always Dave and Byron get things taken care of, they're an excellent team.
