They are great and always in point

I lucked into this house because the original contract holder had to back out. As such, I wasn't able to customize the house, because that process was already complete. However, I am happy with the amenities and the quality of the house.

This being our first house experience, everything was new and exciting! There where some stressful moments in the buying process, but the people at KB homes where very professional at meeting our needs. working with my construction manager gave me a sense of comfort that my home would be everything I wanted. I appreciate the Construction Manager who kept me abreast of every detail of the build.

We love the new home!! Iman was so warm and helpful in providing us weekly updates. She always called us back and helped resolved our issues in a timely matter! Devin is also great and extremely knowledgeable throughout the walk through process! He followed up and got all our items resolved at closing!!

The builder was very attentive and understood that the house represented not only a monetary but also an emotional investment. He responded to my concerns accordingly.

They will guide you until the end. They are always willing to help if there’s any issue or problem. KB Homes is highly recommended!
