Great overall value but average workmanship.

Great and awesome working with KBhomes

Everyone is very nice and communicative. We loved our experience and even after we got in the home, they didn't stop communicating with us about our experience and how they would make it better.

Need supervision during and after work done during construction.

Right from sales team to customer service all have been great in our purchasing experience!

Good overall experience, professional and responsive staff

Overall good. But workmanship is a bit lacking. AC was installed incorrectly and stopped working less than 1 month of moving. We did not have AC during a weekend in the middle of the summer average of over 100. At first tried to contact the assigned rep for issues but did not received a response within 24 hours, after looking on the KB website, we finally got a hold of 24-hour warranty office to fix the issue. Also, some of the windows are not properly installed i.e. will not completely close. Carpets not properly installed, sticking tacks everywhere. They touched up some of it during final inspection but there are still tacks sticking out when walking on the carpet. Closets rail doors have some markings of screws holes. Closet shelves are not properly sanded and rough on some edges along with closet hanging rails. Everyone was great from start to finish apart from some minor hiccups. Amanda, Jessy and MI made our experience great.

The staff are friendly and nice. Seem like genuinely good people. The home is quality and the location is ideal.

The house is beautiful. Overall, I'm very happy and whenever I've had issues, they take care of it.

Very good communication with customers

Sales team did a good job. Superintendent/warranty did/are doing a great job with responsiveness and ensuring mishaps are corrected/fixed in a timely manner.

The building process was a breeze. From the moment you start your application to the moment you get your keys. Everyone is helpful keeping you up with the building process all the way until the closing process is complete.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with KB homes. Great communication and response.

The overall experience was great, there where however typical type items that came up during the building process that more communication could have helped.

The sales rep (justin), Construction Super (Hunter), and Greg were always super prompt in resolving any issues we would bring up.

Easy process from start to finish.

Sara's (sales) help was tremendous with the whole process of buying our first home with KB. Quality home built with good hardworking people like Robert and Tom.

Although we moved into a home surrounded by lots under construction, the crew was always friendly and considerate in leaving the area swept and orderly at the end of the day.
