All my issues were resolved on a timely manner. I feel like Kb really cares about their clients, from sales rep to customer service personel on site. So far all my issues have been resloved satisfactory.

We had a smooth home buying experience with KBHome!

The entire KB team was very cooperative, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A few glitches in getting in because of the Covid virus, but that is not the builders fault. Timeline to close was moved at least three times and that cost me additional monies ~ to store my furniture. That basically is my only issue. Some of which was not the builders fault. Any structure issue are being addressed - minor trim work is being fixed. The value and property are exceptional. One criticism I would list is that the landscaping is almost identical for each house in this phase of the Verona development. Placement of the trees, bushes, and other plantings should have been more of a variety to make the community unique. Other than that, I highly recommend KB builders. ... More

Working with a good sales team and a Great Project manager (Kullen) will help with your home building experience, you want someone that will contact you on a weekly bases to give you an update on your home. Have a team that will understand how stressful this process will be, and they show you patience at all time.

The experience was great. Everyone at KB I encountered was very helpful. I have no complaints.

First time homebuyers. We designed the most beautiful home at a reasonable price. The process was friendly and we were kept informed every step of the build process. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with craftmanship (brickwork and cabinets had a few issues). Overall, great experience.

The sales Bill and builder supervisor Carlos have been responsive in helping settle the issue however the works man-ship and customer service need to step up the effort. I have a window with defect was installed and I asked customer service to fix the issue, however, two months later, I do not have any one come and service the work order. On the other hand, the customer service did respond to clogged toilet. It was found that worker did not remove the pipe caps of the toilet and shower drains after tile installation(Works man ship issue). On works man ship, I have seen floor anchors and nails not driven onto the supporting beam. There are other issues which will be dealt with customer service later. ... More

All Kb employees were always friendly, answered questions and were very helpful with any problems.

Engineer Pat and Kimara in sales are our eyes . Since we live in California, they updated us weekly. Pat provide a thorough home orientation. We know our home is being built is in great hands.

I had the painting problem before closing, they fixed it after 26 days. I wish they can fixed earlier. The people is great but the processing is bad.

Buying a home with KB was a great experience. I was able to pick my house they way I wanted it, and our lot size is amazing. A little slow on fixing things that needed to be fixed but other than that it’s been great!!

Customer service was and continues to be incredible! Everyone is responsive, helpful and friendly. Even after closing I can reach out to David my salesman, Ena in the design studio and of course Joey and I always get a quick response. The entire experience has been great!

I was nervous to work with a "big builder" but the KB Home team in Loveland was fantastic to work with. They were very personable, professional & informative. They engaged with me at every part of the process. I was confident my home was built with quality in mind. Thank You KB!

The process from purchase to final moved in was great ..helped by entire builders team. My most impressive experiences is.. even under the circumstances, repair works done promptly and timely manner and followed up for status of satisfaction for each issues. This company has a high emphasis on standards. There were numerous inspections that KB Homes accomplishes on top of the city or state requirements. Independent inspectors come through to inspect for quality control periodically throughout the building process.

Excellent community and environment to grow a family

This was my first home buying experience and I don’t regret a thing! Were there some hiccups throughout the process?……of course. But KB did an excellent job at keeping us informed about the status of the issue and, aside from the fact that every issue got resolved, knowing where things stand along the way means a lot to me. They were professional, respectful, and sincere. I didn’t know what to expect, but they understood that and kept me posted every step of the way so there wouldn’t be any surprises. If I get another home in the future, I’m going to check in with KB Homes, for sure!!

Very nicely built home. Excellent staff and good communication throughout the home building process and post closing. Warranty issues are handled in a timely manner.
