How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? Answer;Feel very comfortable with the KB home team and they are great and very responsive when there a question that would like to know. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Very attentive, and helpful

Any project will have issues, but KB did a pretty good job getting through them, especially with a large winter storm and the pandemic, amid labor shortages etc. Materials and methods used for the house however, are a bit subpar, and while it's rated as an energy efficient home, I can't say it's amazing. Lots of flimsy materials used, but for the money we paid, I feel like we got a decent deal, especially in the Austin housing market. I'd recommend this for a first time homebuyer or a younger couple.

Good experience overall, we are very happy.

This was our first home purchase and it went smooth with KB. The sales agent was friendly and helpful and all the appliances were modern. I'd go with KB again for future property purchases.

Overall a good homebuying experience. Very modern design and good quality materials. I did have some issues with the customer service rep for some minor warranty claims though.

KB homes is a great company to deal with. My whole experience from Beginning to end was great. I love my new home.

Everything was good but design studio process needs to be more thorough with the selection of items

Amazing experience buying our 1st home

My Property Manager has been GREAT! He has been willing to listen to my concerns and ready to intervien with any issue. The Warrenty Manager has listened to me and has gotten the jobs scheduled to make my transition into my new KB Home easy.

As a first time home buyer the experience was easy. The foreman was responsive to my complaints/questions as well as the salesperson. The studio was an easy and smooth experience. As a prior construction worker, some things stood out to me. The structure of the home is solid, the finishing not so much. There were missing paint spots, short cut baseboards that were filled with caulk, mismatched door trim, extra caulk left in the corners where it should have been smoothed out, painters closed doors before paint was dry, etc. The backyard was not leveled properly which caused all the neighbors water to drain and stay stagnant in our yard. This killed our tree and grass. All of these items can be fixed, and the foreman made sure they were fixed. If you are looking for an absolutely perfect house to move into, ensure you have given yourself at least a week or more beyond the forecasted closing date for the builder to fix these problems. The one thing I have suggested to KB is the need for a quality assurance rep to walk the home before the customer does the final walkthrough. I feel this would mitigate customer findings and expedite the closing process. I did have an inspector walk the home, he did not point out the finishing issues I have mentioned. Everything looks pretty good but some things seemed rushed. But overall great experience.

The sales staff at KB Home are exceptional. Our sales rep Juli and construction manager Brent were truly fantastic throughout the home buying process, providing regular and timely updates with much appreciated transparency.

Although, I felt that it took forever for the home to get completed, when I moved in, I felt that it was right on time. I am still experiencing the home buying experiencing with the behind the scene work. They are still making things happen for me with various vendors and the overall quality of their customer service. Pretty much my home buying experience didn't end when I got my keys. I really appreciate everyone from Sales to the Loan Officers to the Builders to the Customer Service Representatives right on down to the Superintendent. It all came together perfectly to mold and shape my dreams of my forever home. ... More

Great communication with buyer!

I had some issues with the painters' work, along with a couple other issues, but I love my home, and the warranty people have been great working with me.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH KB SALES TEAM AND KB CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND KB HOMES.

Amanda and Kevin have been extremely helpful and provided great experience right from first meeting. Timelines were met and the team was very accommodating.

During construction and prior to construction the salesman responded with any issues or questions I had. After closing KB personnel were responsive and any problem was handled in a timely manner.

I loved that I was kept up to date with everything and every step. I have always gotten quick responses on any questions I have had.
