My house is beautiful and I do feel like it’s a good value. I had a couple of issues like my thermostat not being properly mounted and my bedroom doors not being able to close because of how they were installed. I wish someone paid more attention to that but I was able to call someone to fix it. They responded in a timely manner.

Watching (and learning) through the process was a fantastic experience. I noticed that inspectors would catch little flaws that I would never have seen. The house turned out wonderful and I did have an issue with corporate policy that only targets people using Veteran's Benefits. These policies ended up delaying closing by 6 weeks and costing me thousands of dollars only because management would not discuss issues with the customer (only the salesperson). Also, after moving in, I noticed a few patches in the stucco when the walls were wet. These patches would dry to the same light ...

KB built me a beautiful house for a good price. Other builders may be more expensive and have more “add-one” included, but in the end the value and quality was top notch. Another thing, the project management team was excellent in providing a true boots in the ground status regardless of what headquarters was projecting and bevel led me to believe something false.

There were so many things wrong with this house when I moved in. Kelly and Mike helped resolve so many of the issues.Kevin from Customer Service came out twice and fixed things.My biggest complaint was the poor grading of the back yard.I had a mud swamp

Kelly H. Who showed us the home- she is the main reason I bought the home. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the things in the home. Very polite and professional! Thank you Kelly! Hope F. helped me with all the financing info and paperwork to secure the loan. If I didn’t have her help to do this I don’t think I could have done that process by myself. Hope was AMAZING! So as far as quality of materials and workmanship the only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of five is for three reasons. I really wish you had an upgrade option for sheathing to be real osb (t-ply was used). I am a builder I know it would be very easy to cut a hole in hardie and get into an unoccupied house. The second would be the paint. Painters are one of the hardest trades to get right imo. Runs, holidays, and drips happen I get it double checking these is extremely important and correcting them as well. The third would be drywall. I am just getting use to the knockdown drywall ...
