Our experience was great the willingness and satisfaction was amazing if there was a problem it got resolved fast. I can say that KB homes is all about customer service and making the customer feel great about their purchase.

From you first walked in, to financing, through the construction process, design studio and the after move in follow up. They are truly wanting to make sure you are satisfied. Sure you will find small things in a brand new house that would bother you, but bring that to your KB Home team and they will make sure it is addressed. Very helpful, understanding and answer most of the questions or concerns about the home and process.

The house was built in a timely manner and any repairs that were needed have been completed in a quick time frame. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

The house is amazing. But after moving in I am seeing a lot of paint issue from stucco to inside.

Experience over all was ok. It took almost 1 month to close after the house was move in ready.

Overall experience was very good. Always able to speak with someone when needed. House we purchased was good sized, but lacking in storage...only fair sized clothing closets, minimal 2 car garage width and height, and though we purchased an elevation with a gabled garage, the space is trussed, and not usable for storage. With basements in Houston very scarce, you would think storage would be more of a concern in designing a home. Guess you should budget for a storage unit for kayaks, bikes, tools, camping equipment, etc.

Home is better built than many of the other builders.

Great overall process ver beautiful home and love the area

I had a wonderful experience with the home buying experience. The biggest downfall is whoever painted the house left many paint marks on my tiled floors.

I think all teams productivity and the ability to meet deadlines was excellent! My overall experience through the whole process was great. Chris and his team they went above my expectations, based on each team performance. We definitely would recommend KBhomes for all first time homebuyer.

I feel that good quality materials were used ...I.e. appliances, plumbing and faucets, hvc I do feel that the lock on the screen door to patio is inferior and low quality. Would like to see it replaced as it does not lock.

We liked the big backyard.

Very professional, friendly and caring team KB has put together, they always put us first and made the home buying experience very easy. Any minor things we noticed after closing was quickly repaired with quality work by the superintendent and his team. Would recommend KB to anyone looking for a new construction home.

The builder sales management team provides great support during the development for our home. Sales manager kept us information and provided weekly construction report to us with pictures that we are appreciated very much.

We've built three homes with KB and each experience was different. If your community has an awesome build superintendent then the home is built with a lot of care and attention to detail. You will have no issues post-build to deal with and you will have a home that you will be happy to live in for years. If your superintendent is lazy or uncaring then your home will have many issues you will deal with for sometimes years. So find a KB community with a solid build superintendent and you will love KB and the home they build for you.

The process is very easy and the people are very helpfull

From the loan officer to the designer and the contact with the construction officer .. everyone was very informative, and made the process very smooth.

Being that it was our first home we were nervous and hesitant about making this big life choice hut everyone at Kb was very kind, helpful and understanding to our needs. Would definitely recommend to others. I think that you get your monies worth in quality and craftsmanship.
