Beth, our sales rep and Lee, our superintendent were great! They both kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish. Our home was done on schedule and sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. We love our new home and community.

I had a great experience building my home. It's an exciting time building your first home and to have a great team behind you helping you make the right decisions with color schemes and materials was very important to me. I really appreciate their knowledge through the entire process. From the sales team all the way to the customer service team after you close. They really strive to ensure you are extremely satisfied with their product and service. I'm very happy and at peace in my beautiful new home. If their are any issues they will solve it pronto!!

The KB team was very helpful and responsive in all the things we inquired about the building process and they upgrade selections. They made sure to keep us updated as much as possible. The house is really energy efficient and the open floor plan is very nice. Would suggest better home cleaning before moving in and wait for ground to dry before putting on sod. There were a lot of uneven spots in the grass and gaps between some of the sod which causes some drainage issues and wet spots.

Overall great process from start to finish in building our home. The design phase was definitely the best part. Updates as time progressed went well and though the timeline was underdelivered, it still worked out. The mortgage was the best it could have been and I am thankful for it.

James and Blake were great throughout the whole process. We were kept apprised of the status along the way. And any concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

I had the BEST sales agent! Cody was super attentive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable and helped me to feel confident in my decision to buy a home. I also LOVED getting weekly updates from Cody and Drake throughout the building process. Finally, I had so much fun with Jena at the design studio. She brought my vision to life! Now, I'm in my home and it is truly my dream home!

KB has been a pretty great company to purchase our first home through. We did have delays moving in to our home that were unavoidable due to COVID, but once we got in our home we realized how much pride they take in their work. Even after the walk through, they come back multiple times to make sure everything is fine and fix things that are not. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been very kind. Jennifer in sales was the most friendly, knowledgeable person on the team. If you have a question, she will find the answer! The woman at the design studio was so kind to us also. Everything has been great thus far just have a few minor complaints but nothing serious. The house has definitely been worth buying and I have also recommended some people to do the same.

I went with KB build because of thier reputation and quality. I was both happy and disappointed in the final quality of my home. seems the final details were very rushed. However I have been working with KB on fixing and finishing all the issues I had since moving in and they are very responsive and everything has almost been completed.

KB homes has been really good to me, my buying experience was a little different but, KB homes made it doable!!! grateful for Belinda Dillard, she is awesome!! she goes extra mile to answer me with all my questions and concerns, also to Scott, he takes care of issues / request in a timely manner.

The whole buying process was smooth from start to finish. They were also very responsive even after closing and did cosmetic touch ups after moving in.

Overall I am happy with the house except the road noise that can be heard very loudly from my bedroom. The windows needed to be soundproof. Otherwise Bill (the superintendent) has been exceptional with everything we have needed or with our concerns.
