All the team members are great and respectful, they made entire process easy and interesting, they were updating the progress throughout and responding in a timely manner. I am enjoying the house

The experience was good.

The process went smoothly, and everything since we moved in has been working well.

Alan stayed in touch with me in case there’s were any new issues, he really cares about his job and costumer satisfaction. He fixes any issue asap. Bob Welch continues to assist with any question I have also. Brian.

We built a house in Sanctuary and the home experience so far has been great. Builders always will be there for you. So happy I choose this community.

First, your team at Falling Waters have done an excellent job all during our buying process. Jose, Jerry, Laura, Jeff, Tod and Nolan all are commendable and very on top of every process. Jeff has came in and fixed our bathroom sink several times. I would and have strongly recommended KB homes to several folks. Thank You all for the attention to detail and quality of your teams expertise. Our last home we bought it new pre-built and lived there for 37yrs because of the quality of that builder we are as pleased if not more so with the quality for this home and your team.

Team is responsive and professional.

After 2 outside services calls for the fridge, onsite construction, doing everything they could, replaced it but it’s still just the standard fridge, kind of cheap with an annoying hum. One of the 3rd party service techs explained, they don’t make em like they used to!

We have great experience buying our home with KB homes. From day one, Vicky was very informative and answered all of our questions, she sends us pictures every week. Not only Vicky was very helpful, but the other people who works at kb home. For example, Vivian, Mark and the design studio team. One of the things we loved from the day one is that we were able to customize our home by adding extras like a 3rd bathroom in the four bedroom in a reasonable price. The home is great! Good quality materials and workmanship went into building the home. Sales and service representatives are awesome to work with. They understand your wants and needs and handle them appropriately and quickly.

Our Sales counselor was awesome and on top of everything! Over all the quality of the home is good. We have some issues with paint,Trim, and caulking on your kitchen island and closet shelves, But a major problem which was our toilet was fixed immediately! All the problems we currently have our minor and can get fixed near the year mark! We got a great price on our home compared to other builder competitors. Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend KB homes! No other home builders give a good price on a home compared to them and you get two years of customer service for any issues.

Everything was smooth sailing on buying the house processing so I like to thank Hope and Tracy. Especially my man realtor John. But what i hate about this is my solar panels haven't activated for atleast 2 months and still going on. They also file bankruptcy and i am more bummed out so I'm not sure what's gonna happen

Overall a good experience! Some bumps along the way, but it was mostly expected. People at the sales office tired hard to be helpful, but there are a few miscommunications and mistakes which took a lot of time to correct. On the other hand, KB home offers a good value for homebuyers with a lot of basic amenities included in the price, especially if you are a first time home owner.

I went , I saw and I conquered , Initially it seemed unapproachable due to wrong information I got from people about KB homes but I took courage with the help of wonderful staff there who made the search much easier for me, they respectfully explained every question i had. Am impressed, i urge you to give it a trial too.

Our sales Rep Kirin was great and the finance team made it as easy as pie buying a car was more difficult but the KB team made it easy and smooth would highly recommend this team!!

This is my 2nd time buying KB home and have no regrets. Got a home that perfectly matches my requirements. Overall, I am happy with the end result. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the team. From sales, lending and construction I have received all necesssary support, attention and communication. One area of improvement would be attention to detail on outside vendors work. There were some corrections needed after I moved in and KB home team very diligently worked with these vendors to resolve issues. I understand that it's normal to encounter some issues after moving in, but paying closer attention to vendors' work during the early stages could greatly enhance the overall experience for homebuyers.
