On your final walk through make sure everything is working & upgraded that you pay for But Kb homes Construction manager not take care of my driveway its not contructed well to hight to park car i am really not satisfied with my driveway

It was a wonderful experience working with KB Home.

Yes, I already told a friend whose looking for a place that the Builders are good. That this is the second I got from them and I’m very satisfied the way they built their houses.

Amazing smooth process , always answered questions right away and very quick to fix any issues.

I would like to say first and foremost Jodie was absolutely the best and I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Ramon made sure to get our home done and was very helpful through the whole process. Steve thank for always there to support. Working with KB Homes team was amazing

Buying a new home can be a scary thing. KB really goes out of their way to simplify and take the fear out of the purchasing process. The level of open communication between you the customer and the KB staff starting from Sales People through the entire home purchasing process down to the Superintendent of Construction during the entire construction. They sent weekly photos and updates during the build, so I wasn’t guessing what was being done. Now that I am moved in and have had a couple minor issues, the Customer Support Service for any warranty related fixes has been incredibly responsive and professional. Good workmanship with quality products. A good sound home

From start to finish, our experience has been amazing. Sherry and Annette have always been responsive to all of our questions and concerns, keeping us updated through every phase of the build. After moving we had a few issues that both assisted in getting a quick response. Josh also stepped in when it became urgent and I was in tears as I could not work (electrical and cable issue) as I work from home and lost a day and half of work. It was less time then the original quote of a weeks response time for repairs. Overall, I would recommend KB Homes and absolutely loved working with Sherry and Annette. KB stands by their word. They are committed from start to finish to complete a job well done. They checked in with us continuously through out the whole process and answered any questions we had. They are a true leader.

Robert and Sergio are awesome guys and will take care of you during the building process.

The new home is comfy, clean and spacious. Our KB home sales associate Sarah is friendly and accessible. Construction team leaders Roger and Joseph are helpful, kind and responsive. We were kept well informed during the whole process. Thank KB Home for giving us our first home in the US.

The house at first looks good but when you pay attention to the details, you find the errors. they need to pay more attention to the final details

My recent purchase is the second home I have at Spring Mountain Ranch - I love the very reasonable home price, the available choice of homes, the larger distance between the homes, and the rolling terrain area. Living at Spring Mountain Ranch is great!!

Low scores are due to construction foreman and issues still not resolved.
