Smooth and easy process. KB had a step by step plan and provided updates along the way, The build was completed sooner than I expected and could not be more happier.

We had a great experience from start to finish. KBHome made the purchase process very easy. Jana, our salesperson, updates us weekly on the progress even though we live 10 minutes from the property and regularly popped by. Even after closing, they reached out numerous times to make sure everything works at the house and there are no concerns or items that need attention. I would highly recommend KBHome. Thank you!

We had a great build and purchase experience with KB homes, The home was ready before the original deadline by months and we were very happy with the home, The only issue we have had is the lawns and the sprinkler system problems and that is a landscaping company that KB hired and they r in the process of fixing those issues, Scott was an amazing salesperson and Brandon has been an outstanding construction manager

With all of the open spaces and friendliness of the homeowners and staff and the fact that it is gated and within an area that is really up and coming. We are so happy to be here. Lot of surveys but really nice people that will keep you informed and taken care of.

KB homes builds a great home no issues. The only complaint is that I would like paint to touch up the walls. I love our dream home. I'm so happy that we went through KB homes.

Everyone was very communicative. We were treated very well. The house is very beautiful. Although I wish they took care of some of the wood work a little better (baseboards and doors). Some came chipped or damaged. But the maintenance team is good too. Great experience

We are so excited that we went with KB homes. The communication was prompt with week to week updates, home was ready prior to estimated date, and staff was very friendly. We are confident with their hard work that brings peace of mind with their warranty program. The realtor for KB made this whole housing process easy, and the locked in APR rate was a huge plus with us not having to wait on purchasing a new home depending on the current market and interests rates. We are very pleased with the whole process and would recommend KB to everyone.

Greg, Gabbi, Drew and Tom are awesome in the whole experience- before we built, during construction and after we moved in. Definitely is more upgraded and higher end than the typical ”builder grade”.

Buying a home in Olive Brook went somewhat smoothly. A little bumpy, like taking longer than expected to close. Also having KB management walk the home for quality? Missed a few items, like chipped doors, leaking T on the hot water pen in ceiling, bad breakers for kitchen, faulty wired three way switch, wrong color used to fix broken corner on shower tub, missing stucco under window ledge, broken roof tiles and living room bedroom lights and plugs all of them on one breaker. Other than that smooth.

Construction manager and warranty manager did a great job solving problems.

The overall experience is good. Finance department felt shady. Upgrades were extremely costly. Real Estate agents were genuine. Second foreman was genuine and talented. First foreman was terrible. The subcontractors were hit or miss. The laborers need training. I can still see the seems on the ceiling through the knockdown, random patches and uneven corners that you don't notice in a walk through because the bigger things catch your eye. There's actually quite a list, but too long to type. It could have been worse. I've heard nightmare stories with other companies. My experience wasn't bad, just not perfect. I have a lot to do to make it mine. ... More
